Location was fantastic, near the Gothic centre. Staff very friendly and cleanliness was excellent. Surrounded by excellent nearby restaurants, within a few minutes walk. Everything of interest in the city was within easy walking distance, marina and seafront and modernist tourist route, as well as the Gothic area. Nice roof top bar. Rooms have fans and a/c and a very modern feel.
The hotel is located in a narrow city street and views are poor, but you are not there to sit in your room.

The location was ideal (close to the metro and buses but also plenty to see within walking distance. The room was spacious and well designed, with an enormous bed and great AC. I particularly valued the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and thoughtful touches, such as yoga mats you could borrow from a shared living space. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus. The hotel also had luggage storage available after checkout, and 24 hour reception. Brilliant all round.

Great location, we had a nice and quiet room to the back. Very nice team, great breakfast, nice dekoration with plenty of travel guidebooks. Calm little rooftop bar. Compare to the other options in Barcrlona: reasonably prized.

The location was great, the staff were kind and friendly.
The bathroom needs to be upgraded or properly cleaned. Saw mold in the corners. There was no TV in the room, which is a bummer when the weather is not in your favor.

Pedestal fan was full of dust and thick dust flew out of the fan when switched on. Room was very very small for a standard room. No moving space at all.

It was a pleasant surprise! Great location, room was cute, bedroom and bathroom were very clean, bed was confy, staff was very friendly. There is an elevator so you don't need to use stairs. The bedroom had a little balcony, that was unexpected bonus.

It was really central but quiet and cool. It was very clean. It had a nice room with good modern bathroom. It had really pretty comfortable communal dining and lounge areas to sit in. The staff were so nice. Exceptionally friendly and kind and went over and above being nice to us. Both the receptionist and the girl on the rooftop bar were really helpful and kind. Love the hot drinks machine as well - so nice to get hot chocolate and coffee at any time of the day.
Nothing apart from the fact that they kept on sending me emails asking me to book their taxi from the airport which was not needed as I got a very cheap and cheerful bus. The bus even runs at 2:30 am on a Sunday night when Ryanair is running 6 hours late. However, I did get ripped off by a taxi driver when I was there so perhaps it is a good idea to use their taxis. If you do use a Taxi make sure you Google first how to avoid being ripped off. It is clear that Barcelona taxi drivers are pretty unscrupulous. But everything else was marvellous.

Loved our stay at the Eco Boutique Hostal Grau! Perfect location, chic and comfortable rooms, and a genuine commitment to sustainability — from water-saving challenges to eco-friendly amenities. The whole vibe is stylish yet relaxed, and we left feeling both rested and inspired. Highly recommend!

The location and staff was great
I am not a person who writes bad reviews but I was completely dissappointed with our room. Full of humid in our room it was hard to breathe. I normally trust booking.com ratings but this hotel should have around 7-7.5 rating. Price/performance ratio is low.

Beds and bed linens were very comfortable. Desk person saw to having the sink issue fixed and also ordered my taxi for me.
Sink was draining extremely poorly when we arrived. The water was never refilled when the room was cleaned and more than once we had to go to the desk for a bath towel or roll of tp.
