The location
It was not clean, there has not been a proper floor clean in 25 years. The kitchen is old like I've never seen. And in general it was not clean.

The price of the hotel might be good, but I got scabies (a parasitic infection) at this hotel, and it's been 2 months now that I've spent thousands of euros trying to recover — and I'm still not fully cured. I strongly recommend you avoid booking this hotel.

It was moderately cheaper than other places.
The room was not clean, There was clumps of dust around. There was just 4 forks, 4 spoons, 4 glasses...we had to wash everything after every use since there was no dishwasher. If you are tight on budget, it is an option. Otherwise, not recommended.

Wonderful
The receptionist helped us get the room key. Near the tram station and buses. The L77 bus stops 3 minutes on foot from the hotel. We took that bus from and to the airport. Sant Joan Despí is a very nice city near Barcelona.

The facilities are well equipped with clean beds and sheets, a kitchen with all utensils, a fridge and Electric Kettle to heat up water. They provided water and herbal infusions. Spacious room in a very calm neighborhood, not many tourist, and good steakhouse nearby (Uruguay food). The hotel has a good security system. I managed to do the self check-in in 15 minutes.
There was a molding smell in the entire place. The bathroom has some mold in the shower. The corners of the bathroom were not clean as well as the base of the toilet. There was a mop inside the bathroom that could be the source of the mold smell in the accommodation.

There is sufficient equipment in the small kitchen and hair dryer in the bathroom.
It definitely needs a bit of renovating, a big minus is that you can hear almost everything from the corridor other rooms- even the clock alarm :/ It’s near the tram stops - 4 minute walk and it takes about 20 min to metro stops. But still it takes about 40 minutes to get to centre e.g La Rambla and you need to spend money on tickets. No cleaning and no towels changing is included.

- big enough bathroom with all the shampoo and body lotion
- cleaning staff was helpful when needed
- walking distance to Mercadona
- bus stop very close, tram stop like 5-7 minutes away
- not as expensive as other options
- self check-in is sooo slow - don't know why this couldn't be entered on the website prior the arrival and then the documents scanned for confirmation only
- no electric sockets anywhere in the bedroom
- all the furniture is very dated
- everything the room has basically seen better days
- double bed was two single ones
- couldn't make the aircon work on different temperatures - it was just blowing like 19 degrees no matter what I set and something was leaking
