The location, the shower
Breakfast at the hotel was very pricey, there was NO air circulation in the room and no way to control the temperature, you could hear EVERY sound from surrounding rooms, there was no chair to sit in other than a small hard one at the desk. Upon check-in front desk staff was not friendly.

Beds was very comfortable. Very clean room. Swimming pool was good too.
No ice availale take to the room, no ice machine. No self laundromat on property. Only one chair in the room, two people cant use table at the same time.

I booked a room for 1 night at HCC when my flight out of Barcelona was cancelled at the last minute. There were many other cancellations and finding an available room in downtown was difficult. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful during this chaotic time. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Cleanliness of the room, location and professionalism of the staff.
Unfortunately the pool was shut (seemed a little bit early given it was only October, sunny & 26 degrees), this was one of th reason I choose the hotel. Other than that, the service and facilities were very good.

The breakfast room was nicely decorated and accommodated approximately twenty tables. The food selection was awesome. There was ample space to view and select what you wanted. The staff was courteous and strived to maintain the room clean and free of used plates and cups. They ensured there was an adequate supply of food and beverages available. Loved the coffee machines!

Location is very good.
Room is very simple, no furniture, but bathroom is good size
Very noisy, a lot of noise from outside, from the back street.
No room temperature control, only fan speed control
Cleaning chemicals smell comes on when fan is on, not pleasant.
