Perfect location close to all tourist attractions and an easy walk to the metro. The rooms are spacious , clean and well appointed. Staff so helpful. We loved our stay.

First we are very grateful to all the members of the staff who made us feel at home from the beginning. Room was exactly what we expected, normal size, good bed, a nice terrace. Breakfast had products of quality and was varied enough.
I think restauration could have more options, proper restaurant was closed and food was only available at the top terrace. But no problem, there's plenty of restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all public transport. I recommend using the bus, as it allows you to see more of the city along the way. They upgraded our room at no extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. Having a pool and bar was also a great option, especially when traveling during the summe

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and went the extra step to ensure our stay was enjoyable and the hotel was clean and well located. The hotel smelled lovely and the complimentary toiletries were the same (Rituals). Little extras like in room coffee pod machine, (tea station brought to the room by request), complimentary water, robes and slippers make this a nice place to stay. Nice and quiet with easy access to the Airport bus, metro.
Only slight negative - as previously mentioned, the room is very small. It was fine for our needs and well equipped.

Great location, very pleasant staff
Extremely inefficient room layout and not built for practical use. Shower/toilet room has transparent room with a section of frosted glass and no lock - that is totally impractical for a hotel room shared by a whole family. Same door does not reach to the ceiling, so the entire room illuminates at night if someone has to use the bathroom and turn on the lights there. Allows for zero privacy. There is virtually zero storage space (we never even unpacked as there is no place to unpack).
The architect of these rooms must not have thought about the design at all.

The location was beautiful, clean. Our room was fantastic. Most importantly, the staff were outstanding. We needed a few things and they took care of it right away every time. We needed an additional night due to flight issues and they worked to find the best rate for an additional night. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
