The room was so small I had to put my suitcase on the bed to open it. It was supposed to be a double room but it wasn’t even sufficient as a single room. The staff was argumentative and unfriendly.

Sad to say that this hotel is not accessible friendly. I love the dramatic staircase entrance but it does not welcome people who are disabled or elderly. Yes, there is a special side entrance that is accessible, but it is very unattractive & makes you feel like a 3rd class citizen. One should NOT have to feel “less welcome” if you happen to have an injury, wheelchair or elderly. Also there was no “close to elevator “ option for us because we booked the least expensive room. However I think accommodations could have been made for us to be closer than the furthest room from the elevator! Staff was very pleasant. I had such a great experience with H10 Madison & Cubik so I stayed loyal to H10 but the accessibility issue made me rethink the brand..

Disappointing
our room faced the street and it was extremely noisy because a bus stop was outside our window. There were literally dozens of people congregated and speaking loudly on the sidewalk until 1:00 AM.
