Our room was located on the street side, one floor up from the street, near the bus stop. The noise from the street was annoying, since people taking the bus talk loudly, waking us up as late as 1:00 AM. The last night of our stay was unbearable; at 1:00 AM I counted 18 young adults congregating on the sidewalk directly below our room. When I brought the problem to the attention of hotel staff they acknowledged that it’s an ongoing problem and simply apologized.
This issue ruined our 4 night stay, which otherwise was enjoyable. My advice: if they try to book you into Room 102 find another hotel.

Great location, huge room and friendly staff.
The bathroom door was glass and very easy to see through, also it did not shut properly so no privacy in the bathroom at all. It also meant if the light was on in the bathroom it was really bright in the bedroom.

Our room was flooded after heavy rain and the hotel compensated us with a better room in H10 Universitat hotel (junior suite with breakfast). We were delighted with the level of service and support. We recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many of Barcelona's tourist attractions. The hotel has a lovely rooftop plunge pool and bar. Our Junior Suite room was beautiful, we enjoyed using the hot tub and sitting outside sipping on the cava which was generously left in our room for us. We would highly recommend this hotel to others.
