Location was perfectly central. Rooms were lovely. Spotlessly clean with bottled water replaced when needed and very cool as the temperature was going up outside. The rooftop bar and pool were just the place to relax and unwind after a day's exploring and the jars of sweets around reception were a bonus when coming back in the evening.The staff were lovely. They couldn't do enough to make our stay feel like luxury.
We would have liked a couple English tv channels just to watch in the evening. We didn't have any apart from news.

Centrally located and right outside there is a metro station. Breakfast could add a little variety. Personell is exceptionally polite and helpful.

We stayed here before our cruise, it was lovely, loved the location and the breakfast. We had the room on the first floor with city view. We didn’t mind the city noises for some reason it helped us sleep since were we live is very noisy so we felt like home. And the most important the staff was really nice.
The only thing we didn’t like is that we barely felt the air conditioning in the room. It felt hot sometimes, but other than that really good hotel for a couple of nights.

Good breakfast and excellent restaurant in the hotel. It had a limited menu, but was handy after a day out exploring the city. Very quiet for a city centre hotel. Rooftop terrace was a good place to chill over a snack or drink.
The terrace could have been cleaner. Lacked a desk or dressing table.

Excellent location really central and easy to get taxi/buses. Room was lovely and really clean, spacious and comfy. Nice coffee machine.
For such a high price I think breakfast should be included. Also when we arrived we weren't offered a glass of fizz, it was 11pm but we did see others offered this the next day.
