We did not have breakfast since we had to leave early, but our experience from check-in to check-out was very positive. The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive, and the room was very clean. The Nespresso machine and the option to request amenities—like a toothbrush, comb, or slippers—through the app were convenient and delivered promptly. The hotel is also close to major attractions and the airport bus, which made getting around easy. I’d be happy to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you to the hotel team for their hospitality.
We did not really find anything to dislike about the hotel. Only, the price was a bit higher than we expected, though we understand it may reflect the amenities provided, like the coffee and water. Still, it would be nice if it were a little more accessible so more people could have the chance to stay and enjoy the experience. That's all, thank you for your hospitality once again.

Ana at reception was very good at her job: knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean. The bar/restaurant was excellent. Good food and service. The breakfast was not that great. First we were it was 13 euro and then had to pay 17 euro. Hhhmm the food was cold and not very filling. Also milk was warm.

I only stayed for one night here as my usual Barcelona choice was full, but I had a really great experience here and would love to come back! The weather was very cold, which I struggle with, but the staff went out of their way to ensure my room was warm and I had plenty of bedding. The room exceeded my expectations, as did the staff, particularly Elfrin who was friendly and helpful the moment I walked in, and the receptionteam were also lovely. The location is perfect for transport links and sightseeing, and in warmer weather I would definitely use the roof terrace bar, as the views were stunning.
