Location
Had issue with the booking. Everyone was saying they want to help but to ask booking as is per them. Once contacted booking for support hotel declined.We talk for change in the reservation due to health issues !

central location,
- nice building, overall.
communication with the staff before arrival really complicated (had to ask Booking for assistance in getting a reply),
- room quite small, bathroom super small,
- room was ready one hour after the time it was supposed to be ready,
- on one day, had to ask several times for the room to be made,
- "pool" isn't really a pool (90 cm deep only),
- overall, not at the level you would expect for this kind of hotel and quite disappointing.

Price was a bit too high for a room whitout a window.
We had a window to the inner court, which is the inside of the hotel and had to be whith a closed curtain the whole stay. That was quite depressing.

Hotel lobby very classy, nice smell as soon as you walk in, a real feel of luxury. Staff at reception very nice on check in and was helpful storing our luggage for us until our room was available. The suite was nice, with a nice bottle of complimentary fizz.
The Hot tub was more of a bath than a jacuzzi but was still nice.

The hotel is perfectly located - very close or in walking distance to the main sights and it is just opposite the metro station. There is an airport shuttle bus within 4 minute walk from the hotel, which is super convenient.
The facilities are great - hotel has a beautiful back garden and a lovely rooftop sun terrace, which we really enjoyed. Staff were very polite, attentive, friendly and gave us good recommendations on nearby restaurants. We were impressed by the service and we would definitely recommend to stay if you are looking for a smaller and quieter hotel.
Our room was bright and modern, however, we prefer a bit more privacy and a glass bathroom door with a mirror almost opposite wasnt the best design idea for us. The glass door also looked like it needed replacing due to a crack. Shower curtain was not long enough leaving the floor flooded with water that took a while to dry out.

Very good central location.
Very disappointed as booked one double room and one twin for our 4 night stay. On arrival no twin rooms were available but the hotel staff did not inform us. All the hotel staff could offer was an extra sheet, so my son slept on the floor! The next day we were informed that there would be no twin rooms available throughout our stay. Surprisingly they did have other room types available but this was a huge extra expense which we were not expecting.

Good location , friendly and helpful staff , good shower ( but bad bathroom ) , nice lounge area
Way too cramped in bathroom with toilet taking up all the room in bathroom / nowhere to dry yourself in bathroom . Towels were super heavy to use but not fluffy at all ( I have shoulder issue so found this bothersome ) . Some areas of hotel look tired . Bed ok but hit hard .
