We did not have breakfast since we had to leave early, but our experience from check-in to check-out was very positive. The staff were helpful, friendly, and attentive, and the room was very clean. The Nespresso machine and the option to request amenities—like a toothbrush, comb, or slippers—through the app were convenient and delivered promptly. The hotel is also close to major attractions and the airport bus, which made getting around easy. I’d be happy to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you to the hotel team for their hospitality.
We did not really find anything to dislike about the hotel. Only, the price was a bit higher than we expected, though we understand it may reflect the amenities provided, like the coffee and water. Still, it would be nice if it were a little more accessible so more people could have the chance to stay and enjoy the experience. That's all, thank you for your hospitality once again.

Ana at reception was very good at her job: knowledgeable, caring and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room was clean. The bar/restaurant was excellent. Good food and service. The breakfast was not that great. First we were it was 13 euro and then had to pay 17 euro. Hhhmm the food was cold and not very filling. Also milk was warm.

I only stayed for one night here as my usual Barcelona choice was full, but I had a really great experience here and would love to come back! The weather was very cold, which I struggle with, but the staff went out of their way to ensure my room was warm and I had plenty of bedding. The room exceeded my expectations, as did the staff, particularly Elfrin who was friendly and helpful the moment I walked in, and the receptionteam were also lovely. The location is perfect for transport links and sightseeing, and in warmer weather I would definitely use the roof terrace bar, as the views were stunning.

Excellent Location. Room was fine, just having the sink outside of the bathroom was a little weird in the beginning. Breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular though.
We were charged an extra 3.5 euros for the coffee during breakfast (my wife took our daughter to breakfast, but she didn't have breakfas herself, only my daugther did. The staff told her that she could have a free coffee). Upon checkout we saw that we were being charged for that supposedly free coffee she had for breakfast. That was not right.

The location was great. The interior decor was beautiful and the wonderful peaceful garden and rooftop terrace were lovely. Most of all we felt so welcome and appreciated as guests by the front of house man Elfrin Canario. He was truly amazing.
The female receptionist let the side down as she was not really friendly and rather abrupt compared to the male front of house staff. Also the receptionist knew we were leaving the next morning and she didn’t advise us of the marathon which involved road closures by the hotel. We almost missed our flight due to this and ended up paying double our expected costs to reach the airport. If she had told us we would have checked out hours earlier!!!
We also didn’t like having the sink in the room, especially as we had specifically asked for the alternative triple room and we checked in early.

I honestly don’t think the photos do this incredible hotel justice. From the grand entrance to the beautiful roof top, to the staff, everything was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better with a 5 minute walk to La rambla, the bus stops right outside the front door and the metro right opposite. The jacuzzi on the terrace made our stay, so relaxing and very private. The staff were very efficient and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for helping making my partners 30th birthday special with the cava and chocolate covered strawberries - they were delicious.

Comfy beds, it was quiet, breakfast.
The bathroom. While I appreciate how the bathroom/toilet/shower was laid out, I didn't appreciate the toilet being within 1 foot to the sink behind the glass partition. A little more privacy would have been appreciated to manage the most private of minuations.
