I have travelled globally the last 40 years and this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in for every category. The reception staff was very help upon our arrival. We arrived early in the morning from US, and they could tell we were exhausted. They went out of their way to find a us a beautiful room hours before check in time. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was a walk away from the Gothic area and the famous restaurants and markets.
I was happy with every aspect of my stay.

Location.
Overpriced. Room size was ridicule, with only enough space for a queen size bed and a tiny desk, with no room even to leave your suitcase open on the floor except by blocking the very entrance to the room. Also, dark room: a small window facing an inner, narrow alley.

The design of the rooms and common areas was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large and very well designed.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was well above average.
Our only issue was the heat would not work at night.
The heating issue.

Lovely property with an amazing daily breakfast. We booked the “breakfast included” option and were so happy we did. The room and bed was so comfortable and their bathrooms are amazing!
