Staff were very helpful and accomodating. The terrace has an amazing view serving food and cocktails.
If you are plaaning to get a good night’s sleep after a flight or before a cruise this is NOT the hotel for you. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants within walking distance. There is a pay n park parking lot in front of the hotel. There is a bike/walk path with benches in front of the parking lot. There is a street with heavy traffic (horns, police sirens, ambulance sirens) in front of the bike/walk path. When the staff at the surrounding restaurants end their shift, they gather in the parking lot and bike/walk path. You will hear drunken talking, yelling, laughing, cursing, singing into the early hours of the morning. One restaurant threw a party on a Sat night with a band. The noise did not stop until the sun came up. None of the hotel guests got any sleep, including the family across the hall with the toddler. Barcelona is a city that never sleeps and you WILL NOT get any sleep on any night of the week in this hotel.

Great location, well appointed rooms. Far enough away from the shopping district to feel a bit more private, but close enough to walk the city center.
The temperature controls in the room were not allowing us to cool the room down. It was 24 degrees Celsius in the room so we had to open the balcony door to cool off. We definitely didn’t like the volume cap on the TV. It capped out at 30 and we could barely hear the dialogue in the movies we were watching.

Beautiful luxury hotel in a great location, close to boutique shops, restaurants and museums. The apartment itself was perfect, although I am not a fan of the see-through bathroom doors.
The rooms were hot and the airco was turned off because it was late November.

This hotel is in the best spot ever, close to transit (hop on - hop off tours, around the corner!) and amazing food nearby (El Perikete has the best Tapas and great price) and even inside the hotel! And can’t forget about the staff, they were so helpful, went above and beyond. Best stay ever, better than any stay in the US.
The light switches were hard to work, but only took a little trial testing.
