The staff was attentive and helpful. We received a complimentary bottle for our anniversary.
The rooftop and jacuzzi were not accessible. It's a shame because it still indicates on Booking as having a jaccuzi. Which is why I booked this property exclusively. Also the terrace was not at all like the pictures. Very disappointing

The location was exceptional because it was on a main street and easy to access by car. Some of the smaller streets in the gothic quarter get backed up and it really adds time to your trip. You were less than 10 minutes from most anything a tourist would want to see and walk to. The room was above average with comfortable beds and complimentary water daily. The breakfast was on the high end of hotel breakfasts and was a little pricey but very nice. A VERY nice touch is that they give you a glass of cava upon arrival and have little snacks or coffee in the lobby whenever you come and go.
Apparently when someone smokes in their room, all the fire alarms in the building go off and that's a shitty way to wake up. The hotel staff appears to know this happens and does nothing about it.

This hotel has a fabulous rooftop bar with great views. A wonderful breakfast room and a comfy waiting area. The rooms are small, and we got a great corner room with a great view of the street and plaza. There are many nearby eateries and coffee places. The hotel has a breakfast if you ask for that add-on. We loved this place.
Unfortunately, we were unable to have an early check-in as you requested. We were super tired and had to roam around for a couple of hours after having flown 13 hours.

Loved the breakfast buffet! By far the best we’ve ever had.
The bathroom in our room could use a few upgrades such as more towel bars and the shower, while roomy, could use a couple of safety features. The shower floor was quite slippery and there wasn’t a grab bar to steady myself.

The hotel is at perfect location close to everything; attractions, many good restaurants and metro. Although the room size is small but it is very cozy and the hotel provides everything you can possibly need plus something extra like little cookies and chocolate every day. All staffs are not only nice but also done their own job professionally.
My room is probably next to a utility room so when I use hot water, there is a small noise comes from maybe a hot water tank for a while. Not a big deal though.
