This was an excellent choice for our 3 day first stay in Barcelona and we will stay here again if we visit Barcelona in the future. The staff were courteous, helpful, and did everything possible to meet our needs. The room was modern, comfortable, and kept spotless. The location was excellent, being in walking distance to all on the sites we wanted to see. The views from the rooftop were excellent in all directions. Overall, a great hotel in an excellent location.
Although minor, there should be space heaters on the roof for nighttime use and comfort. One of the elevators was out of order on two occasions. The price was a bit high but similar to other options in that area.

Such a beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff. They hold luggage for you and take it to your room when your room is ready. The room was beautiful a s spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
Not sure if it was only the room I was in, but the mattress was not comfortable. I did not sleep well because it felt like the springs were poking me. Everything else was top notch.

The hot water in the shower is tricky, either too cold or too hot. We struggled to set up a good temperature

Fantastic location. Staff were so so friendly and very accommodating. Free champagne and sweets for the kids on reception to guests which was a lovely bonus and the rooftop bar was brilliant. We also clocked a family checking out and they offered a cuddly toy to the kids which was a lovely added extra. Room was exceptionally clean and we got given a free upgrade when we asked for a balcony. The rituals hand wash and toiletries were an added bonus as this is one of my favourite brands. Bed was also comfortable given that I have back and shoulder issues. Would not hesitate to book here again if we come back and have already recommended this place to friends
Only negative comment we could give was that one night we went to the rooftop bar for a quick drink before heading out and there was only one lady working taking orders and making drinks. We waited for 15/20 minutes and no one still came over despite us asking to order. Wasn’t the lady’s fault but maybe just need more staff working on a Saturday night.

The breakfast was outstanding. The rooftop bar and view of the cathedral was excellent. We loved the location - could walk to so many places, and just wander around the Gothic Quarter and the Born area. Comfortable chairs in the lobby.

Very nice location and beautiful rooftop area.
The coffee machine in my room didn’t work and some of the towels had visible stains on them.
