The location was perfect. We were able to walk around downtown Barcelona. The staff was very helpful and professional restaurant. Food was great. Rooms were super clean and nicely designed.

Property was beautiful!!! Very very clean. Staff was wonderful and very helpful!!!!
Rooftop was very nice and the food was delicious!!!! Restaurant in the lobby was stunning and breakfast was delicious.

Location was excellent. The property was very nice and our suite was very large.
One night the Airconditioning and the TV broke at the same time. It was very stuffy in the room .

Bfst was outstanding, staff super helpful private and a plethora of options, was a bit pricey
Upstairs 8th floor bar/food was nice lots of green, clean great views wait staff were friendly prompt
A/C guy was truly professional and prompt but couldn’t get our a/c working
Night front desk staff two females were kind, professional, prompt my wife and I liked them a lot
Day time front desk staff were professional but lacked the personal touch that would make a guest remember and to be glad about hotel choice all except “Pedro” he was attentive, responsive and kind
The front door man/bellhop was also professional kind and willing to give extra effort literally walk to Box down the road and flagged a taxi down for us
The two female front desk clerk, the waiter staff in the breakfast restaurant and the Bell hop/ baggage. handler/ doorman were all excellent and represented your business very well.
Oh room service waiter was also excellent
The hotel did send us a bottle of Prosecco when we had to chg rooms in middle of night have not been been doing either.
A/c went out in our room , had to move to “ only room available”

Fantastic staff - especially at breakfast and Fredrick at the roof top bar. The pool / roof terrace were amazing. The breakfast choice was lovely. The rooms were comfortable, and the location great in the old town - very near to a metro stop to get around.

The hotel location was very good, the staff extremely polite and helpful. Loved the decor and our room was large and quiet. Champagne with check in!

A Wonderful Stay from Start to Finish. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and a glass of prosecco - a lovely touch that set the tone for the entire visit. The room was spotless and beautifully presented. Equally impressive was breakfast which was high-quality food served by friendly, attentive staff. The location is fantastic too, easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality.
