The location is superb and despite being on a main road, we didn’t have any disturbance from outside at all.
We didn’t find the staff to be particularly welcoming and the service at the rooftop bar was very slow. We had to repeatedly ask staff to make an order.
The rooms are quite dark and smaller than we had imagined. We could also hear people in the corridor outside.

Location in the Gothic quarter was ideal. The rooftop pool and bar was an excellent place to hang out after exploring all the beautiful alleyways. The rooms were divine; clean and modern luxury. The service was outstanding. Friendly and very capable staff. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend!

The front lobby check-in was perfect and they are very helpful. Above and beyond.
Breakfast excellent customer service and great selection on food which was fresh.
Rooftop pool was great especially after a long day in the Sun, however make sure you get there early enough for seating. Would be nice if more loungers but I understand so much space. Also if there's kids, parents should supervise

The fact that you're a paying a guest at the hotel, I believe a little bit more than the average. I would hope would offer you free water during the or follow up after dropping your meal or drink they would follow up to see how you're enjoying.. Typical of any restaurant. Although we did speak with the manager and he we'll speak with the staff.
I understand Europe doesn't really like tourist however people have to realize that without tourists you really don't have a job

The location was perfect. We were able to walk around downtown Barcelona. The staff was very helpful and professional restaurant. Food was great. Rooms were super clean and nicely designed.

Property was beautiful!!! Very very clean. Staff was wonderful and very helpful!!!!
Rooftop was very nice and the food was delicious!!!! Restaurant in the lobby was stunning and breakfast was delicious.
