Location was great, 2 blocks from the Barcelona Cathedral. Staff were excellent, courteous, helpful. They were able to get us into one of our rooms when we arrived early, and then were kind enough to make sure our second room was next door. It was so nice to be offered sparkling water upon arrival. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace even though it had just rained. The bar staff were so kind and ensured we could find a dry spot to sit.

The roof top is OK.
They cannot cook eggs, they were grossly uncooked. The room was pricey for what you get. It was a 17yrs olds birthday and we had a 2 min celeb in our room. Then got a snotty letter from reception saying they had complaints. Ridiculous.
