We loved the roof top bar. The ambience is awesome and the pool adds to the ambience. The rooms were adequate and we loved the view of the cathedral. The breakfast was good and fairly priced.
The staff in the breakfast area moved us from table to table to accommodate larger groups. It made us feel like we weren't valued, the larger groups were more valued. What they didn't know was that we were with a larger group

The rooftop bar was amazing! Excellent staff and a variety of food and drinks. The location was perfect and the staff at check-in were really helpful! We loved our stay in Barcelona and we were upset to leave.
The bed was a little hard for my liking but I was still able to sleep ok.

Staff was very helpful. Particularly liked check in and finding luggage in the room when we returned at appointed time. This allowed us to enjoy our day in Barcelona without skipping a beet.

The location in the Gothic Quarter, steps from the Cathedral cannot be beat! The Jr Suite was spacious and quiet. The front desk staff, especially Mia, was outstanding at helping us navigate some tricky things (having to do with the huge festival in the city).
We’ve stayed in other H10’s and while our room was very clean, I felt it could have been even cleaner.
Did not seem like people were available to help w luggage.
