The location was perfect. We were able to walk around downtown Barcelona. The staff was very helpful and professional restaurant. Food was great. Rooms were super clean and nicely designed.

Rooftop was very nice and the food was delicious!!!! Restaurant in the lobby was stunning and breakfast was delicious.

Bfst was outstanding, staff super helpful private and a plethora of options, was a bit pricey
Upstairs 8th floor bar/food was nice lots of green, clean great views wait staff were friendly prompt
A/C guy was truly professional and prompt but couldn’t get our a/c working
Night front desk staff two females were kind, professional, prompt my wife and I liked them a lot
Day time front desk staff were professional but lacked the personal touch that would make a guest remember and to be glad about hotel choice all except “Pedro” he was attentive, responsive and kind
The front door man/bellhop was also professional kind and willing to give extra effort literally walk to Box down the road and flagged a taxi down for us
The two female front desk clerk, the waiter staff in the breakfast restaurant and the Bell hop/ baggage. handler/ doorman were all excellent and represented your business very well.
Oh room service waiter was also excellent
The hotel did send us a bottle of Prosecco when we had to chg rooms in middle of night have not been been doing either.
A/c went out in our room , had to move to “ only room available”?gave up balcony. Then a/c wasn’t working there either, but was fixed promptly
Then while in shower fully lathered up water cut off
No water? used bottle water to rinse off shampoo/soap

Super clean everyone there was super helpful. I had never been to Spain before I loved the Gothic area and I loved all the people they were amazing. The rooftop bar was super fun great place to just go hang out and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Staff were very friendly, location was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Only one breakfast option which was very pricey and no dinner available in the hotel. Bar type dinner was available at outdoor rooftop bar however.

Location was great, 2 blocks from the Barcelona Cathedral. Staff were excellent, courteous, helpful. They were able to get us into one of our rooms when we arrived early, and then were kind enough to make sure our second room was next door. It was so nice to be offered sparkling water upon arrival. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace even though it had just rained. The bar staff were so kind and ensured we could find a dry spot to sit.

Upon check in (after paying fully), we were charged 60$ us for (city tax). This should have been included in the price from booking.com.
