Best hotel of the trip. The room was amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was fantastic. Everything was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly — I was actually freezing all night (not a complaint at all).
They provided great amenities, including toothbrushes and other thoughtful touches, which we really appreciated. The only small suggestion would be offering complimentary water in the room. Aside from that, everything was excellent.

The location is perfect, all the sights are within walking distance, and the waterfront is also close. Comfortable bed and pillows, coffee machine, and good bathroom amenities. Special thanks for the birthday gift: a bottle of champagne and a cake were waiting for me in the room. It was a pleasure to receive such a generous gift.
I got a corner room, the view from the window was wonderful, but, unfortunately, opposite my room there were two staff rooms and in the morning you could constantly hear the sound (doors, steps etc)

Great location, exceptional staff, very comfortable bed. We loved everything about this hotel. They even send birthday treat which was lovely gesture for the hotel guest services.
Noticed some shady people right outside of the doors, some security issues since hotel doesn’t require to scan key card in the elevator to go up to the rooms. Must be extra careful.

We loved the roof top bar. The ambience is awesome and the pool adds to the ambience. The rooms were adequate and we loved the view of the cathedral. The breakfast was good and fairly priced.
The staff in the breakfast area moved us from table to table to accommodate larger groups. It made us feel like we weren't valued, the larger groups were more valued. What they didn't know was that we were with a larger group

Okay hotel, elevator was out half the time we were there. Staff was not friendly. Okay hotel.
The hotel recommends taxis that’s scam you into paying more just because you were picked up at a hotel. Please avoid as the concierge is the one that sets you up for this and doesn’t warn you.

I loved my room with the Juliette balcony, the funky lighting, and the ability to request services from the hotel app. I loved the Breakfast and the servers were especially nice and professional. The lobby is great, with complimentary water, sparkling water, champagne and specialty candy. The hotel location was excellent.
The business centre was challenging as the computers and printer were not user friendly. The printer was not working.

The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Really loved being able to enjoy walks in the Gothic Quarter as well as the proximity to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The coffeemaker was a bit fiddly, but with so many coffee shops in the neighborhood this was not a major issue.
