The location was amazing, 2 mins from the tube and near to the main centre, lovely sized room, able to check in early which was great and roof top bar was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at H10. The location was great and very central.
Two staff members truly stood out and made our stay memorable. First and foremost, Marcella was a real treasure. Barcelona was the first city to welcome us upon landing in Spain, so first impressions were important, and she was the one who really made a mark with her warmth, smile, and kindness. She took the time to make us feel like valued guests and made the hotel’s hospitality shine.
Diego was lovely as well. When we first arrived, there were no rooms available, and I noticed later that he had made an effort to check the system to see if our room was ready, knowing we were tired from a red-eye flight. I appreciate those little attention to details.
The servers at the breakfast buffet were also so lovely, especially the sweet Filipina lady who greeted us each morning. It was such a warm and wonderful way to conclude our stay
One thing that could be improved is the room’s noise isolation — I could hear everything from housekeeping in the next room to other guests talking. However, I didn’t hear anything from the cars outside.

The staff were very helpful the room was clean and it was in a great location
I felt for the money paid that the room was quite small there wasn’t a chair to sit on as there wasn’t enough space to put one so you had to sit on the bed - I also felt the breakfast was too expensive

Very good location, and our terrace suite had a lovely view of the Sagrada Família. Breakfast was great, the lobby is spacious, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and the drain was initially stuck so the water took a long time to clear. We informed reception and the issue was fixed promptly.

Spacious room, big pretty bathroom. Comfortable and really big bed. Everything that's needed was supplied.
Kind and helpful staff. Really good breakfast, a lot of choice and high quality. Lovely rooftop bar, we loved their Sangria.
Very clean.
On the last morning there was loud noise in our room, we've reported it at the reception so hopefully they've dealt with it.

EVERYTHING. From the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful a special thanks to ANAȘ who was at reception, explained everything to us from our stay and facilities available to generously taking the time to show us a map and map out all the best spots in Barca, he provided us with restaurants to visit and even spots that most tourists miss!
The room was super clean and stocked up with everything you could possibly need, even to the small details like having a luxury soap brand. The rooftop bar left us speechless, beautiful view, chilled atmosphere and amazing cocktails :)
Another aspect of the hotel was how central the location was it was close to everything and easily accessible by walking.
Would 100% recommend and hopefully visit one day again!
