Near the center.
Very friendly staffs at the restaurant.
When we booked the hotel we selected balcony room however, due to facility issue they cannot offer as we booked.
Instead of the room, they offer the breakfast as a compensation.

It was a lovely hotel and the facilities were very good especially the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating

Lovely room with a balcony with two chairs and small table. Great spot for a drink and watch the sunset over the city. Fabulous buffet breakfast and you can order eggs. Brilliant location easy to walk down to the marina and laneways nearby with interesting shops and restaurants. Rooftop bar was lovely view at night. Blankets and heaters as it was cold.

A peaceful oasis from the noise of the city. Understated luxury with lovely staff. Great location and great facilities. We had a terrace room and it was beautiful, just a normal double with a terrace and it was a big room with everything you would want. Comfy bed, quiet, kettle, coffee machine, ritual toiletries, nice lighting, comfy sofa. Really great. The staff on the main desk were amazing, so lovely.

Honestly, we were really disappointed with the service. There simply weren’t enough staff, and no one helped us with our luggage—my father ended up carrying all of our bags himself. There wasn’t even a place to buy coffee in the lobby, which was frustrating.
On top of that, the hallways were constantly noisy, so it was hard to rest. The beds were poor and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small and cramped.
To make things worse, the staff member at the lobby who helped us book our train tickets booked them for the wrong date. We ended up losing €400 and spent half a day waiting at the train station because of it. Overall, the service was really bad.
