I had a fantastic stay at H4 Cubik 10. The location is perfect, close to everything you need, and the breakfast was simply amazing – fresh, varied, and the best way to start the day.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were excellent throughout my stay, and I would like to mention Anas and Andrea in particular – they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Overall, a wonderful experience with great staff, a great location, and an unforgettable breakfast. Highly recommended!

Honestly, we were really disappointed with the service. There simply weren’t enough staff, and no one helped us with our luggage—my father ended up carrying all of our bags himself. There wasn’t even a place to buy coffee in the lobby, which was frustrating.
On top of that, the hallways were constantly noisy, so it was hard to rest. The beds were poor and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small and cramped.
To make things worse, the staff member at the lobby who helped us book our train tickets booked them for the wrong date. We ended up losing €400 and spent half a day waiting at the train station because of it. Overall, the service was really bad.

We enjoyed our stay at H10. The location was great and very central.
Two staff members truly stood out and made our stay memorable. First and foremost, Marcella was a real treasure. Barcelona was the first city to welcome us upon landing in Spain, so first impressions were important, and she was the one who really made a mark with her warmth, smile, and kindness. She took the time to make us feel like valued guests and made the hotel’s hospitality shine.
Diego was lovely as well. When we first arrived, there were no rooms available, and I noticed later that he had made an effort to check the system to see if our room was ready, knowing we were tired from a red-eye flight. I appreciate those little attention to details.
The servers at the breakfast buffet were also so lovely, especially the sweet Filipina lady who greeted us each morning. It was such a warm and wonderful way to conclude our stay
One thing that could be improved is the room’s noise isolation — I could hear everything from housekeeping in the next room to other guests talking. However, I didn’t hear anything from the cars outside.

Best hotel we stayed at in Spain.
Room, bed and bathroom were larger than we got at other hotels. Plenty of room to lay stuff out.

Room smelled a little like sewer. Rooftop bar was closed for a private party when we tried to use it. Bed was super uncomfortable. Only Spanish tv stations. A lot of money considering those detriments.

Nice rooftop bar, nice rooms, nice breakfast facility with great breakfast and very pleasant staff.
The air conditioning did not work well in our room and it kept turning off temperature, but it did not maintain it so kept going off. So we had some uncomfortable night’s sleeps, however, the hotel did try to make it up to us by giving us monetary compensation which was appreciated.
