Lovely hotel, a bit central so not too far from all the places we wanted to see
The reception lady booked us into the wrong room we booked, she later changed us into a different room , and me and my husband had to carry bags on our own to the other room with a 3year old toddler. Pool are freezing cold and it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel thinking would have a nice time in the pool

Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Very good location. Just near metro or bus. Some 7-10 minute walk to airport shuttle. Safe, as this location was suggested to me.
Nice hotel and rooms.
Good breakfast - boiled and cooked eggs, omlette, sausages and beacon, breads, chese and meats, fresh vegetables and fruits. Also loved yogurts and toppings. Juices, fresh orange juice, water, sparkling wine. Also quite wide offer for sweetooth's as well. Stayed for 2 nights and both mornings was something different offered.
The hotel has a great feel, but a few maintenance details in the room could be better. The bathroom silicone work looked a bit rushed and lacked precision. Also, the heated towel rail was rusty, so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Because the walls are white, some small marks were quite visible, which slightly affected the "100% clean" impression. With a bit of touch-up, the room would be perfect!
Furthermore, when I booked, there was no information that SPA does not work. That was a bit dissapointing, but I should have checked the official hotel webpage, as it had maintanance days during my stay.
Employees at checking were nice, but did not offer sparkling wine or juice, which was apparently a welcome drink for the guests. Next day I saw it and just asked myself. :D

As a family with children who travel very frequently, we can confidently say this hotel sets an exceptional standard. The level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff was truly outstanding, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that satisfied both adults and kids. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay.

Everything was great, the hotel was spotlessly clean, small details made the change (treats at the reception, toothbrush and shaving kit, high quality bed linen), its location, its ambience, and above all the staff was amazing (especially Marta).
