Plentiful, healthy breakfast. Stunning ambience. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Beautiful terrace to enjoy during down time. Comfortable bed. It felt safe. Excellent location.
The view from the room was of a neighboring wall but that’s anything the hotel could change. I was only in the room to sleep anyway.

Would highly recommend. Nice location in the Eixample, 5 minute walk to Placa Calalunya. The hotel has a nice vibe and beautifully decorated. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

The Room was big and comfortable. I could rate it higher if it weren't for the fact that I had two individual beds next to each other. In the middle of the night, I rolled between them, and it wasn't very comfortable. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast was nice, and I really enjoyed it

Wonderful
The location was great, central and easy to get everywhere I wanted to go, either by walking or public transportation. Eixample is a great neigborhood. The facility was nice, and the breakfast was wonderful, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were very nice and helpful.
My room was a bit small, but that's what I paid for.

location and the staff on the front desk excellent service and very professional
the room to small. air-conditioning is not working all nights in the room very hot the bath top too high for old people is horrible to take a shower sometime the thermic valve in the shower was too hot the shampoo and conditioner very difficult to used and we don't have Towels when we arrive

Location great, close to a few metro stops.
No recycling program in place. Even though we were advised to take short showers, etc, the box of tissues was put in a paper bag! What a waste!!! We paid more for a superior room but didn’t get any perks. Room quite small. We requested a double bed but got 2 singles pushed together but they were on wheels so rolled apart in the night; one of us almost fell between the beds in the middle of the night…

Not like 4 star hotel as rated. Poor selection for breakfast and same for everyday. Room smaller and worse than expected for a suite on 4 star hotel. Not relaly worth for money.
