The bathroom did not have all the necessary amenities, the room was cold, we had to change it. The breakfast had a very limited choice. It takes a very long time to call a taxi, inconvenient transportation

The views are the best of what the hotel has to offer. The terrace in our room was amazing.
The property is quite dated and the whole hotel needs a touch up: walls need painting, furniture was quite old and used… The hotel is a “Leading Hotel of the World” but seen the conditions of the hotel, it doesn’t look like. the restaurant is quite expensive as well. A water bottle was 9€ which is insane.

Pretty view of Barcelona. Dinner was good, I recommend the cheesecake. The room was big and shower was huge.
There was a twenty minute wait to check-in and the room was not ready even though it was after 3pm. In the bathroom, the bath water was orange so could not be used. The spa had lots of broken equipment. The jacuzzi did not work, the women's sauna was at too high a fixed temperature, the steam room was too cold. The men's sauna was broken. The gym had no water cups and the fruit was mouldy. Overall the hotel is a little tired and needs refurbishment.

Quality of breakfast buffet quite poor. Outdated decor and poor maintenance of plumbing world with no water warm water in spa showers and very poor water pressure in room shower

It has nice views and nice location also can’t say the staff weren’t nice
However we find that There was cockroaches in our room and because of that we couldn’t sleep so night was ruined for my birthday even though they changed our room .

The staff (every person encountered) was welcoming, kind and considerate (without sycophancy or arrogance). Views are amazing. Very enjoyable visit to nearby Tibidabo. Extremely relaxed and comfortable
Nothing (we booked last minute so it was expensive) Location above the city is gorgeous but maybe not suitable for travellers seeking city centre location. Bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied
