The room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in the new area of the hotel, which was recently added. It’s a perfect match between restored historic elements and modern luxury. The staff was super friendly and the location is also perfect. In terms of price vs quality one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

The room was very small for three people, with only one window. It was quite warm, and the air conditioner didn’t work properly.

Hotel was great, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, breakfast was fantastic!
Felt very safe and well looked after.
It can be a little noisy as you are right in the centre but didn't cause us any problems!

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so kind, welcoming and genuinely lovely. The location is perfect and makes everything very easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything was very clean, and I really liked that the room didn’t have carpet.
The only downside was that it was quite noisy, which is expected given the very central and busy location.

Hotel was well located for a short visit, room was clean and well appointed.
Could do with some storage for clothing in the room and a mirror in the bedroom.
