Central location, nice room and we were able to check in early.
No attention to detail, mentioned a few times before coming it was my husband’s 70th birthday, no happy birthday, requested a double bed a number of times, we had two single, asked for a quiet room and we were located on a busy noisy street, safe didn’t work, requested a visit by maintenance, no one came, no plug for the bath, asked for milk for coffee and they didn’t oblige yet they have a restaurant? Disappointed.

The whole hotel made our stay wonderful but Benjamin and Joel on reception were exceptional. Friendly, efficient and professional.
We arrived at the hotel early and Benjamin was able to store our bags for us, allowing us to explore while our room was being prepared. He took my phone number and messaged me when the room was ready. Fantastic service, many thanks.

Great location in the middle of the action. Very walkable. Rooms are clean and appropriately sized.
I know its Europe and they are weird with A/C in the winter, but our room was uncomfortably warm. Like minimum 10 degrees F warmer than the hallway. We asked for assistance from the staff, but to not avail. There "interior" rooms don't have a window that can be opened so we had to sleep in a room that had to be roughly 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Just a caution to those who like to sleep on the cooler side. All other rooms on our trip had windows that could be opened, so it wasn't an issue.
