Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was very difficult to understand how to get the shower to give hot water. But I did figure it out and the shower was nice and warm and the room was great for the money spent.

Great location in the middle of the action. Very walkable. Rooms are clean and appropriately sized.
I know its Europe and they are weird with A/C in the winter, but our room was uncomfortably warm. Like minimum 10 degrees F warmer than the hallway. We asked for assistance from the staff, but to not avail. There "interior" rooms don't have a window that can be opened so we had to sleep in a room that had to be roughly 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Just a caution to those who like to sleep on the cooler side. All other rooms on our trip had windows that could be opened, so it wasn't an issue.

The location is ideal for exploring the Gothic Quarter, Tons of shops, restaurants, cafes and sites within 10 minutes' walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide selection of hot & cold options.
The lighting in the bathroom is a little dim (making it harder for putting on make up and styling your hair) and the water pressure in the shower is a little light, but that could possibly be due to water shortage restrictions within the city.

The staff was great, super helpful and polite. The hotel was very clean and also the rooms.
We were on the 4th floor and you had to take 2 different elevators to get there, or go through some stairs and take one elevator. It was uncomfortable only when we arrived because of the luggage.

The location was excellent - right in the old original part of the city and walking distance from so many things. Placa Catulunya (a main square) is only a 10 min walk. The staff was very helpful, even helping me hail taxis when apps like 'uber' were not working well. The rooms I found for Europe were very spacious, and clean and comfortable.
Honestly, my stay was very pleasant, can't think of anything I didn't care for.
