Maybe the shower on room 110 cycle between super hot and cold . Over and over . They need to fix that . But I mean the room is perfect .

Location is great, at the very center close to everything. Breakfast was fantastic with many different options, rooms were clean and the staff absolutely amazing!
It as a bit noisy from the street, even with the windows closed.

Close to old town, store all over the place. Staff were nice and. helpful
We were given a room in 2nd floor, we have to use the stairways to go up and down difficult for our knees.The people in the street were very noisy.At 2am people passing bye were yelling to each other.We were not able to get enough sleep.Noisy place .

The people are so kind! The breakfast was amazing. The room had everything we need, and they gave us one with a huge terrace and a view of the cathedral. Also, the Roman excavation under the breakfast room is fantastic!
The room itself had a musty smell, and due to some repairs of the main elevator, we needed to go up a small flight of stairs from the back elevator to our room, which people with mobility issues should ask about. If the elevators, hallways, and rooms came up to the amazing standard of the public spaces, this would be a six star hotel.

Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
It was very difficult to understand how to get the shower to give hot water. But I did figure it out and the shower was nice and warm and the room was great for the money spent.
