Great location, rooms were large and clean. Staff were really helpful. Would come back to this hotel.

The hotel was so lovely, absolutely spotless and nice and modern.
The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the Gothic Quarter which has great links to the whole city.
The staff were super friendly and always eager to help, they were able to check us into the room early and we also got an upgrade to a balcony room which was much appreciated.
The hotel also has some lovely sweets on the front desk, they were the highlight of the whole trip!
Our bathroom sink had a leak in it but this didnt affect our stay, we let the hotel staff know when we checked out.

Breakfast was great. Loads of choice. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. Wonderful room and the BEST showers I've ever had in a hotel! It really is a lovely hotel. We'd book again.

The rooms a poorly fitted out, TV was too small, as with the Furniture for using a laptop etc

We had a balcony for us to use which was really nice. We had a glass of wine and some appetizers there after a busy day exploring and it was super nice.
the hair dryer in the bathroom is one that I do not like. I have seen in other hotels before and it is one of my least favorite kind. It is hard to meneuver,

We arrived late evening and were told that since yesterday there are technical problems with the room and have to move to another hotel for which he had to take a taxi.
There was no change in the new hotel price.
The hotel staff had to update us with the change as soon as they knew there is a problem with our reservation!
It could have saved us time and frustration.

The hotel was lovely, the staff so helpful and accommodating! We were there for my wife’s 40th and they gave us a bottle of fizz on our arrival, it was the perfect start to a great stay! Having the Roman ruins under your floor was so cool and gave the experience a different dimension.
There really nothing. The ladies at breakfast were working incredibly hard and might have appreciated some additional help.

It was great to return and find the renovations complete including the dinning room seating above the ancient Roman ruins. The new cocktail bar was lovely and the cocktails were superb. Comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff, this hotel is excellent for short or longer stays. The location is a short walk to many great attractions.
