We had a balcony for us to use which was really nice. We had a glass of wine and some appetizers there after a busy day exploring and it was super nice.
the hair dryer in the bathroom is one that I do not like. I have seen in other hotels before and it is one of my least favorite kind. It is hard to meneuver,

We arrived late evening and were told that since yesterday there are technical problems with the room and have to move to another hotel for which he had to take a taxi.
There was no change in the new hotel price.
The hotel staff had to update us with the change as soon as they knew there is a problem with our reservation!
It could have saved us time and frustration.

The hotel was lovely, the staff so helpful and accommodating! We were there for my wife’s 40th and they gave us a bottle of fizz on our arrival, it was the perfect start to a great stay! Having the Roman ruins under your floor was so cool and gave the experience a different dimension.
There really nothing. The ladies at breakfast were working incredibly hard and might have appreciated some additional help.

It was great to return and find the renovations complete including the dinning room seating above the ancient Roman ruins. The new cocktail bar was lovely and the cocktails were superb. Comfortable rooms, friendly attentive staff, this hotel is excellent for short or longer stays. The location is a short walk to many great attractions.

The staff was very helpful, and the rooms very clean.
My only disappointment was that I was the victim of a scam, in respect of a message i receivcedf from whatsapp, and the hotel did not address my written complaint on this.

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Area can be very noisy at times but the windows are quite soundproof.

Fabulous customer service - big shout out to Rishad who went out of his way to make sure we had a good stay. Breakfasts were great.
Make sure to get a room in the renovated section.

I don’t normally sleep well in hotel accommodation, but I did at this hotel. Yoki member of staff showed us the ruins of the property when they were looking to extend, it was so fascinating. Also Yoki was so accommodating in assisting us with all our requirements. Thank you.

Room was very clean, staff at reception so nice and helpful. Location was perfect just on edge of gothic quarter close to absolutely everything you need. Had a drink in bar was lovely and quiet. Metro just down road. Highly recommend

The location is amazing, walking distance from a lot of the main attractions. The room was big and comfortable. The staff was really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend.

From the moment we got out of the taxi, the hotel made us feel welcomed, valued and respected. The porter came out immediately and took our bags, and reception offered us some cold water. It was only 09:30, we had arrived following a cruise and planned to spend a night locally before traveling home. We were allowed to check in, and then leave our bags safely whilst we toured the city. The bags were already in our room after 3pm, our room overlooked the street which was a bonus. The hotel is ideally located in the gothic quarter, lots to see nearby and a short walk to the harbor/beaches. In the evening, we received a call to the room just to check everything was ok with the hotel and if we needed anything else. It was the same next morning, very courteous team at reception and at breakfast, which was great value with plenty of options. Check out was a breeze, the staff called a cab, and as access to the street was restricted at that time, the porter offered to move all our bags to the taxi parked at the end of the street. We helped of course, and tipped the chap for his help. Overall, an amazing hotel experience, unlike many past hotels. We highly recommend the hotel and would stay again when visiting the city.
There was nothing to complain about at all.
