Amazing view, great location, clean, and the best part, the best AC ever, you won't be hot in this flat
no elevator, but we stayed in the first floor so it was no big deal

Location is awesome, apartment is spatious, kitchen ware is pretty new, no dishwasher, but we menaged just fine, washing machine with drying function is very useful, great conditioning. The cloth hangers call for a renewal, just to give u a cleaner feel of the apartment.
We stayed on the actual 3 or 4 floor and getting the luggage by stairs without an elevator is a challenge due to the narrow staircase, so keep this in mind.

This hotel/apartment was everything we needed. The girl at reception was perfect. She responded to every need and was fast. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in/out, very clean , excellent location with a breathtaking view of Sagrada. The management is very personable and responsive.
The fact that there is no elevator. It is quite difficult to go to upper levels on a hot day, with or without luggage, taking the stairs.

The view from this apartment was so amazing! The rooftop area is such a great bonus. The facility was clean and had many ammenities including a washing machine. The noise was very minimal despite being right next to a major viewing area.
Fair warning, there is no elevator, but that wasn't really a big issue. Expect about a 30 to 40 minute walk to most other major attractions and the beach

The apartment view was amazing, and so was the rooftop view. The area was nice and close to many attractions, also not a far walk from the beach. Apartment met expectations and the owners were very kind!
This was about a month ago, but there was a distinct smell I think from the cleaning supplies. Also, the shower head was a little messed up but nothing deal-breaking. And if your apartment is on a higher level then be prepared to take a lot of stairs with your luggage and to go in and out.

This location was absolutely amazing! Views from the rooftop, especially after dark were fantastic! It was clean. Adequate space. As advertised.
No lift was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker by any means.

Perfect location and view. Everything you need is within a block including a full Mercat/groceries, two excellent wine stores and restaurants.
Smell from the bathroom but I don’t think there is anything they can do about it.

Location is amazing, lots of food, shops, coffee nearby. And of course the Basilica is right outside your living room window! Room was super clean and the staff was super friendly, communication was terrific for check in and timing of our arrival. Can’t say enough good things. It’s not just the location but the staff is super!
Stairs are tough if you’re staying above 2 but they are lit and safe. Is what it is. No issues.

This is an exception property. Exceptional host. My experience at this property surpassed all my expectations. Mostly, the spectacular view of the Sagrada Familia simply took my breath away during. As an Architect, being constantly aware of the superb views of the Sagrada made my long trip form Cape Town so worth the travel.
I shall be back for a longer stay.
There was absolutly nothing to complain about.
