Location is amazing, lots of food, shops, coffee nearby. And of course the Basilica is right outside your living room window! Room was super clean and the staff was super friendly, communication was terrific for check in and timing of our arrival. Can’t say enough good things. It’s not just the location but the staff is super!
Stairs are tough if you’re staying above 2 but they are lit and safe. Is what it is. No issues.

This is an exception property. Exceptional host. My experience at this property surpassed all my expectations. Mostly, the spectacular view of the Sagrada Familia simply took my breath away during. As an Architect, being constantly aware of the superb views of the Sagrada made my long trip form Cape Town so worth the travel.
I shall be back for a longer stay.
There was absolutly nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect most especially the view of sagrada. We've tried the hotel near sagrada and it was good but nothing can beat the view from this apartment (esp the rooftop view)❤️

The view on Sagrada Familia and its location. Nice apartment layout. Great rooftop. Comfortable.
5 floors - no lift. Thankfully we were only staying one night with light suitcases.

Our family was totally in love with this apartment! This is absolutely the perfect spot for jaw-dropping views of Sagrada Familia whether it’s from your apartment or the phenomenal rooftop. Going to the rooftop to see views of Sagrada was breathtaking. The apartment was clean and very neat. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this property who also happens to own the restaurant El Tastet de l’ Artur who was so friendly and kind. The food there was incredible and the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice! It was so easy to get around Barcelona from this location. We would definitely come back here again!

The apartment on 4th floor is ample and comfortable comprising two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The view of iconic architectural masterpiece basilica Sagrada Familia from the living room is splendid and itself the reason for choosing this apartment. Two floors up there is also a rooftop terrace. Owner Artur and Manager Carlos received us personally greeting by name. Carlos even carried our luggage up to the 4th floor !
This is an older building with no lift. Only stairs.

Almost literally next to Sagrada de Familia! The location is the king for this hotel.
NO elevator! And our room was on the 5th floor, fortunately we didn't have a lot of luggage, otherwise we couldn't make it to the room!!! The room set up is like your cousin's studio, didn't feel like a hotel. I expected better when paying almost 300€ a night! Faucet and shower head started peeling and rusted, water damage signs near the restroom.

This place exceeded our expectations! The views are amazing, beds are comfortable and the place was also clean. There is a metro stop super close to the apartment, so getting around was easy. Carlos met us downstairs and was super helpful showing us around the apartment. I would definitely recommend this place for your visit to Barcelona!
