Wonderful
This was our second stay - different hotel name - one year apart. Our family of four really likes this hotel. Staff is great: friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous with sites, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The deluxe room is big enough for our family, at this point, and the beds are very comfortable.
If I'm being picky...
The hotel has recently changed hands and I believe there are some nice improvements, but I do think the bathrooms are starting to show their age and could use a refresh. (Of course this will take time.)

- Perfect location. Walking distance to Casa Mila, Casa Bastilo and very easy to get to subway and nis to Park Guell.
- good restaurant nearby and shopping areas.
- good service and feel very safe in hotel.
- the space without fresh air. And the smell for furniture is bit strong.

The location is excellent. Everything is close by and it is a great base for exploring Barcelona. The staff were friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Loved sauna.
The noise was very disturbing and it may have been coming from outside or the metro. The beds were not comfortable.
The breakfast selection was very poor for a place like this and I expected much more from a 4-star hotel. It was also hard to find healthy options for my son.

The stay was comfortable. The room was decent. The hotel is clean and well located. They also have a staff member who helps with luggage, which was appreciated.
There was a slight noise from below, possibly from the metro, but it was not disturbing.

Staff were hospitable and helpful, every one was nice and welcoming.
Location was centrally located close to several major sights and in a good area that’s well lit and clean.
Walking distance to Lots of Resturants, shops, stores not to mention the Resturant in the property is very good.
