It’s a well located hotel. The suite is super spacious and really quiet . The bed linen and towels are a lovely quality . Plus helpful and kind staff. And a little roof top pool is a bonus.

Comfortable and clean room. Excellent location for exploring the whole city and very friendly and helpful staff.
Unfortunately on one of the 5 days we were there the rooftop bar and plunge pool were occupied for an event.

Great location and nice facilities. Rooms were comfortable
Some staff members were not as helpful as expected, particularly at the front desk and restaurant. While these were isolated incidents, they unfortunately affected an otherwise good experience. For example, Ruben at reception was neither welcoming nor informative when I inquired about dining options. Perhaps it was an off day for him, but the level of service fell short of what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It lacked the warmth and attentiveness that define true hospitality.

Got upgraded to the Exterior room. Plenty of sunlight, and the staff was very helpful.
Great location, close to main streets and the metro. They have a selection of pillows available for choosing.
