Very Good
The location is amazing, the hotel lobby very inviting. The design is beautiful and the rooms comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds very comfortable.
The breakfast was so-so. The coffee wasn’t tasting good and the breakfast was ok, but lots of pastry and unhealthy stuff. Not so much my taste and the restaurant itself seemed a bit worn.

The location is great to access Diagonal - a large avenida in Barcelona with stores and interesting sites. It also has access to the metro of that same name. There are tons of restaurants and bars close by. It is within walking distance of 2 Gaudi designed houses, Batillo y Pierda, and one can easily take the metro to the Gothic Quarter or the Sagrada Familia etc. The hotel is comfortable, a nice lobby to hang out in. There are times, hotel lobbies are not particularly welcoming and does not encourage people to use the space, but delightfully, this was not the case.

- Perfect Location, in centre of Barcelona, just next to Metro Station
- Nice Lobby with reception, nice Lobby Bar
- Nice (not only reception) Personel
- The Breakfast offer is terrible, especially for so expensive hotel and extra paid breakfast
- Beds and pillows are so unconfortable (soft beds)
- Familly room are to small connecting rooms, with almost no space for anything (suitcase, seating, having a chat)
- Barcela hotels are very expensive, so is this one (if you compare price/offer/comfort)

Perfect location just off the main streets, kids loved the tiny park behind the hotel with some birds to watch. Good value for money for the 45m2 suite.
The scent of perfume or cleaning substances used in the lobby and public spaces somehow annoyed us, the aftertone wasn’t fresh and reminded of unpleasant smells, but scents are always about personal preferences so we could be the only ones bothered..

Location, location, location
I really liked the location of the hotel — it was perfect for exploring Barcelona! The area had beautiful architecture and a great atmosphere. I loved being so close to Rambla de Catalunya with its lovely restaurants and cafés, and just a street away from Passeig de Gràcia, ideal for high-end brand store shopping. The Diagonal metro station on the corner and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop (#14) on Carrer del Rosselló made getting around very convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay — nothing to complain about.

Incredible location and wonderful staff. Really comfortable hotel and perfect place for a short stay.
Buffet breakfasts could be better with more selection but otherwise the place is perfect!

The location was great. Breakfast was fresh and good quality. Alejandro and his colleague at the reception desk were professional, helpful, patient. Thank you very much.
There was a pair of dirty socks under or bed. The room had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly.
