Staff were hospitable and helpful, every one was nice and welcoming.
Location was centrally located close to several major sights and in a good area that’s well lit and clean.
Walking distance to Lots of Resturants, shops, stores not to mention the Resturant in the property is very good.

We booked 5 rooms for family trip - A wonderful hotel, super close to everything- great location , top clean, very comfortable rooms, wonderful air conditioning ,equipped with every thing even the small details- the most precious thing is the stuff everyone was super nice and helpful- thanks to Roberta from the front desk who makes our trip remarkable ?

We had a fantastic stay and it was the perfect place for our family and in-laws. The suite room was large and they placed us in another room just adjacent. The breakfast was good quality and the pool and pool bar were perfect for the hot afternoons. There was lobby construction during our stay and the staff was incredibly accommodating as we had to transport our stroller via elevator and go through the construction area. We would absolutely return!

Staff was super friendly and helpful.
The bed for 3rd person had no headboard pushed up against a wall right underneath a pipe serious safety issue . Spider above my head on the ceiling when I opened my eyes in the morning. Slight freak out. Elevator not usable construction in lobby. I reserved the hotel because it had Elevator due to bad knee.

Great location. Upscale neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants. Close to major attractions. Clean and quiet rooms. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. We preferred to eat outside. Lots of options.
The pool was occupied by outside party. They were loud and took over the pool which is already very small. It was noisy not relaxing.
