I had a very warm welcome at the Hotel. Paula was extremely professional and made sure I was settled in and had everything I needed during my stay. Hotel is in a safe and accessible area.

The hotel is very well located: there are many shops and cafés nearby, as well as metro, bus and tram stops within walking distance. Sagrada Família is about a 25-minute walk away, which was very convenient for me.
The room was comfortable and well equipped. It had a coffee machine, a kettle, a mini-fridge with an ice bucket, a safe, an ironing board and an iron. Every day, two bottles of drinking water were provided in the room. There were also plenty of hangers, which I really appreciated.
The rooms are bright and spacious, and housekeeping was done very well. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel also has a business center and a gym.
The staff deserves a special mention: everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with any request.
I came to Barcelona to celebrate my birthday, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a piece of cake and a birthday card from the hotel waiting for me in my room. It was a very thoughtful and lovely gesture.
The only downside for me was the lack of proper lighting for applying makeup. The bathroom lighting was a bit dim, and there was no separate mirror with lighting and magnification. However, this was really the only negative point.

The hotel is close to Rambla Nou that leads to the sea. Also there is a shopping centre a block away
