Very Poor
It was sunny and 30 degrees in Barcelona last week and the apartment got very hot. The A/C system was poor and not efficient. Even set at its coldest, it never got colder than 24 degrees and much warmer in the bedrooms. Especially in the largest bedroom with large windows on the entire wall, it became completely unbearable to sleep at night and in the mornings when the sun was directly on the windows. There was a floor fan there , but it was also broken.
The dishwasher didn't work either and there was smelly dirty water at the bottom. We sent a message to the owner Flateli Barcelona about poor A/C, broken dishwasher and floor fan and were told that they should contact a technician.
After a while without feedback from the owner, we called them and were met with disinterest and no apology for the time it had taken, but they would send a technician. That was the last we heard from the owner Flateli Barcelona.
So for a week the dishwasher was broken and washing dishes by hand was a hassel to do for 4 people. There was no equipment to do it, was not a plug for the small sink. We had to use a big salad bowl to have the soap water in and use the sink to rinse of the soap. No kitchen towels or drying mat to put everything to dry.
The broken fan wasn't replaced, dishwasher not repaired and the A/C was not working well so it was to warm to sleep at night.
The apartment, with all its shortcomings and poor follow-up and customer service from the owner, meant that our holiday did not have the quality we expected.
