Superrr clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and good staff.
We asked them to remove alcohol from the room, they said they can't do that unless they charge us 35 euros for them.

Room had nice view and facilities (toilet with a bidet was a big plus). We were welcomed with a tray of chocolates and offered water upon arrival. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with english style choices. Hotel lobby is amazing, with nice smells all throughout and very nice views of the mountain. Definitely feels like a 5 stars.

Finding people in guest service and room service needs long time
They charge 8 euros for water which I never seen in past years in a 5 stars hotels
No shopping area to walk in free times around the hotel. Anywhere you should go by car

The gym was excellent.
Really enjoyed every aspect of the stay excluding the flickering light in my room.
It would also have been helpful to have a clear steer on what was and wasnt included refreshment wise in the room.

Everything was great! The staff were very welcoming, the breakfast was amazing, the hotel is spacious, and the pool was excellent!
The location is a bit far from the city center. The hotel is conveniently close to a metro station, so getting around by metro is easy. However, since we were traveling with kids during the hot summer, we ended up using taxis as our main means of transportation, which became a bit costly. Something to keep in mind when budgeting your trip.

Location and cleanliness. Most staff, particularly guest services, were very friendly and helpful.
No hot water in the shower.
Had to wait over 2.5 hours after checking in before my room was ready.

Location is well placed. Far enough away from the main city center but easily accessible to it by train.
When we checked into our room there was a problem with the bathroom sink. When you opened the faucet the water would spew out of the pipe and into one of the sink drawers and floors. It wasn’t a small leak it was very much a large one. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up to fix it. We waited for 40 mins before going down to the front desk to speak with someone. I went down a further 3 times and was met with the same answer “we will send someone up right away”. I even took video of the leak and showed it to staff multiple times. On the fourth round I was extremely frustrated and requested both a new room and to speak with a manager. Suddenly there was movement to address the issue. It should never take 3 hours to address an issue such as this one. We were moved to a new room, but it was not the same type we had originally. I will say staff was accommodating in once again moving our room. It was an incredibly frustrating start to our visit in Barcelona and unfortunately left a sour taste on the trip as a whole. Once again, it should never take 3 hours and repeated guest trips to the front desk to resolve a leaking sink issue.
