The staff were exceptionally kind . Even though it was a luxury hotel they were so warm to my children and very very professional . Each and every staff member . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone .

The hotel is beautiful. Very stylish and quietly elegant. The suite is spacious and everything is designed to be comfortable, but elegant. The red level private lounge was a wonderful aspect. Tapas and cava available every evening was a nice touch

Location was a tad far from most attractions, but both a taxi couldn’t fix.
