Price/value does not seem to be balanced. We were expecting much more for a 350+ euros a night 5 stars hotel. Everything seems to be running at a minimum. Shower leaked out water outside the plate for example

The night time room cleaner was very nice
We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel manager was very rude. It was clear from my 3 days stay that the manager did not care at all about their residents and the hotels reputation. The manager and the receptionist continued speaking Spanish to each other in front of us during my checking-in. Please beware if you want to book this hotel. They are money grabbers. I booked this hotel as it has a swimming pool and a spa however upon our arrival they would charge 25 Euros per person per DAY for using their sauna room. They would charge for everything for example: to swim in their tiny indoor swimming pool you must wear swimming cap which they charge you 5 each which isnt stated in their hotel description. More importantly, they insisted that we paid 100 Euros per day as deposit and according to the manager this was in case that we would smash up their room. After we refused to pay a deposit of 300 Euros for the 3 nights stay and questioned this deposit policy he suddenly offered us to pay 150 Euros by cash. Furthermore, it was our first time in Barcelona and this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no shops, no restaurants and nothing to do around this hotel and is somewhat far from the city centre (40 minutes on Metro).

Very nice hotel with very good personal, also food was amazing! We stay for one night on the way from South of France to Portugal and it was a shame not to stay longer. One of the BEST breakfasts which I have seen in Europe in 5 stars hotels. Also our dog was welcome.

Location is nice, but away from main city. Some taxies were always on hotel. However, in morning it was long wait.
They charged breakfast for two people, while I was only one. Later they fixed it at my request. However, I was surprised that they don't keep record and blindly charge the room.

The property was fantastic and was a very enjoyable stay. Staff were exceptionally helpful and always on hand for assistance. Great location, not too busy.
There was a 100 per night charge that was not mentioned in any part of the booking. So you can imagine when staying for 5 days that is 500, which obviously you get back at the end of your stay but is very unexpected and should be made known so that people can plan accordingly

Hotel is fantastic. Very comfortable, clean, spacious rooms and an extremely friendly staff always ready to help and remembering your breakfast preferences after the 1st day. It's not close to the center but close to where I needed to be and still only 10-15 minute taxi ride from the center. Taxis are always available in front of the hotel.
Even though the price for the hotel/room is reasonable I found the price for the breakfast extremely high. It is a very nice breakfast but 43 Euros is just too much. Also drinks at the bar are very pricey.

Very big and nice hotel. We did not have breakfast so we cannot have an opinion. It is convenient if you want to get out of the city in a fast way, since it is right at the entrance of Barcelona.
We had a bad experience in the swimming pool. The person in charge did not want to let us in because they were closing in 30 min and he was making up excuses for us not to enter. Besides, the inside pool has only two hammocks. To enter the spa you have to pay a fee of 25 Eur/person. This is something you do not expect after paying so much for a room. Floors of the bathroom look a bit old fashioned.
