Besides the great location, the staff was probably the best thing about the property by far! They were very nice and accommodating and overall always open to help. Rafa, I believe he’s the manager, was awesome! This seems like more than a job for him as he genuinely seems to enjoy being there and also making sure the guests are comfortable and satisfied.
I don’t have much to say here but the only if I am to nitpick and mention something I wasn’t a fan of it would have to be the building only having one (1) elevator. At times, the wait for the elevator was exhausting which resulted in me taking the stairs a few times but overall, nothing bad to say about the actual hostel.

I loved it! it has a great, cosy and safe atmosphere. Very clean and well organized. Rafa and Gonsalo are super helpful and friendly, everything runs smoothly. The quiet hours are respected in the common areas, the all day breakfast makes it feel more like home! Since I stayed for more days I got sheets and towels changed couple of times as well as laundry service! Location is great, it was easy to get to any point I wanted either by walking or by public transport. Super recommended!

The only real positive for me was the breakfast. They provide the basic items, although you have to prepare everything yourself and wash your own dishes. The late check-in instructions on the first day were also clear.
Unfortunately, there were many problems. I stayed for 2 nights. The staff replied to my WhatsApp messages on the first day, but the following day I contacted them more than 5 times and received no help or response. The building and facilities are very old and poorly maintained. The lift and doors are extremely noisy. The flooring and sofa/couch looked very worn and badly maintained. The room was not properly clean, my bed was not clean, and the towels had visible stains. The shower/bathroom was also very dirty, smelly, and had broken tiles and damaged flooring. There was an opening in the shower area that allowed a lot of noise to enter the room. Most importantly, I found the property very different from the photos shown online. The photos create a much better impression than the actual condition I experienced and, in my opinion, do not accurately represent the property.

Breakfast was easy to organize yourself at whatever time suits you, I loved the concept!
The AC in the room was a bit too high and despite the bed cover I caught a small cold :/

This was honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed! When we booked it, we expected something much simpler but from the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for we felt. The hosts were always there for us, helping with anything we needed... whether it was tools, household items, supplies, advice, laundry, cleaning, or simply a warm smile :) Can you imagine another place where the hosts offer to do your laundry for free simply because they understand that during a longer stay you need fresh and clean clothes? That perfectly reflects the exceptional level of care and hospitality these wonderful people provide. It was far more than just a comfortable sta. It was a truly memorable experience. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely stay here again when we return to wonderful, beautiful, amazing Barcelona! :)

The staff were extremely warm and hospitable, always eager to help resolve any issues we encountered, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
If I had to nitpick, the kitchen has set hours from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, so you can't access it if you leave too early. Still, that's completely understandable to avoid disturbing other guests.
