Friendly staff / comfortable beds - once you drawn the curtain you could forget you were in a dormitory- each bed has its one light and socket - all day access to breakfast was excellent and the receptionist even said happy to look after my bag after I checked out and I could have some food and a shower when I returned to pick up my bag ! As a solo traveller if was superb value highly recommend!

The entire team was friendly and helpful! Great kitchen and the breakfast items are available all day including eggs! Easy to interact with all guest in hostel and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Met people from france, Ireland, Welsh, Brazil and Portugal

There is a kitchen and some basic ingredients that you can use almost all the time. Very good location. Clean bathrooms all the time. Nice people in there.
Beds should be better they were collapsed when you lay down. If you check the hostel you can see breakfast included but you have to prepare your own food and clean. No any activity in hostel. Pretty slow and tiny elevator.

The staff were amazing! Leo had a delicious homemade Brazilian cake and fresh coffee to offer as soon as I put my backpack down! The bolo de fubá and the conversation with Leo was relaxing and healing after such a long trip from Chicago!
