Great customer service, rooms are cleaned. Great location to the attraction and shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful with a special needs child. I will recommend it to family and friends. I had a lovely Saturday with my boy and mum.

The breakfast was amazing and staff so efficient at getting people seated. Great access for water bottles and not too far from places to go and eat etc

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was good it was near metro and bus station so you could go everywhere around Barcelona.
The mattress and the breakfast need to improve. The breakfast was not of quality, and you had to wait in line for a table.
