The staff was very friendly. The room was overall cleaned but was very small for a family ( 2 adults and 2 kids ). The staff was always on the reception and was easy for any question you may had to get un answer.
The room was too small. The breakfast wasn't on the top regarding the options you may have to eat. So you may be on the buffe and not find to many options but at the end we as everybody else have used the breakfast to avoid the lose of time and get out just to eat breakfast as in Barcelona you need a lot of time to see so many beautiful things this city has.

Good location, welcoming staff
Breakfast was awful due to food being cold. Ventilation in bathroom did not work. Beds were not comfortable, as they moved the floor easily. Also, we ordered queen size bed but got a room with double single beds

Very friendly. And it was no problem getting an early check in. It was nice having a breakfast and also the option for a beverage in the evening. The location was decent amd convenient.
The rooms can get a bit warm. The television was limited, especially for English speaking channels. The beds were on the small side. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel has a great location — right by the metro station, with some local shops nearby and the beach 5km away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean.
The only hiccup was breakfast. The dining room was packed, and there were two separate lines snaking out the door — one for people waiting to get food, and another just to get inside.

The room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel was good it was near metro and bus station so you could go everywhere around Barcelona.
The mattress and the breakfast need to improve. The breakfast was not of quality, and you had to wait in line for a table.

Friendly staff, a good hotel location in the center of the city. The breakfast was pretty robust and both singles and families were enjoying it. Wifi worked well.
