Hotel is situated close to a metro station and hence it is very easy to navigate through Barcelona. The breakfast was good. The room was always clean after each day.

I had a great experience staying at Holiday Inn @22 Barcelona. The location is perfect —the metro sand bus stations are close, which makes it easy to get around the city. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The breakfast was good with a good variety of options to start the day right. Overall, it’s a great value for money — clean, comfortable, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Newer, up to date hotel, modern, clean, good breakfast, discent amd quite place, metro station near. They are changing trowels and sheets daily. Mainly all was good and worth to be visited again.
Size of family room was too small, actually not enough space to store 4 cabin size suitcases. And offcourse price. We paid similar level hotel with similar distance to city attractions in Rome and Paris less than now in Barcelona....

Overall OK, with good variety Beds are comfortable Can walk to beach (~ 20 min); walk to nearby Rambla del Poblenou (which is full of restaurants, cafes); short taxi to main attractions (not longer than 15 min on average)
The hotel is a bit dated, but nothing different to what you expect based on descriptions and pictures. Room a bit small but comfortable.
