We liked that the description and photos are totally matching the reality. No issues found from any perspective. Everything worked, cleaned, no disturbance, friendly staff, free water and ice to refill at the first floor was a pleasant bonus. We stayed for 5 nights there, with 2 kids. Perfect as a place to rest after exploring Barca and its beaches. Big like from us.
We haven't found anything to complain about. But in case you use a sofa bed, take care of folding mechanisms that are sticking out, cover them with something.

The room fridge could have been stocked with complimentary water and milk sachets perhaps?

The hotel has a fantastic location, close to all the main attractions. The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of food.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no hand-held closet spray (shattaf) in the toilet.

Bravo for the hotel, clean, very kind staff, wonderful coffee... the biggest bravo for the beautiful woman who stood in the hallway, for welcoming guests BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO...
Narrow rooms and the breakfast is the same every day. It can be changed.

We liked the location - close to the metro, the Poblenou Rambla and the beach. The breakfast was very good and we didn't have issues with queues for it. There are some discount coupons for different sightseeings. The water and ice dispenser is very good gesture!
The cleaning service could be better - it was clean but the floors were not cleaned every day, just the towels were changed and the beds was made.
