The hotel has a great location — right by the metro station, with some local shops nearby and the beach 5km away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and clean.
The only hiccup was breakfast. The dining room was packed, and there were two separate lines snaking out the door — one for people waiting to get food, and another just to get inside.

Very clean, breakfast is great, excellent location near metro station, walking distance to the airport train station and walking distance to the beach, very safe area
Everything was great! Some people left comments about the noise, but it was quiet even though the hotel was overcrowded.

To be honest the place is average . As it’s the express version of Holiday Inn. The only good thing is that place is very well connected,lots of buses and 5 minutes walk to station and it’s in a posh area .
One major issue that I only discovered after payment is that the hotel does not have air conditioning. This is something that should be clearly stated on Booking.com, as it is a basic expectation. Not being informed in advance feels misleading and unacceptable.
Secondly, the food quality was very poor — tasteless and often cold. It is absolutely not worth the extra money charged.
Some of the reception staff were polite and helpful, but the staff member at checkout was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I raised concerns, he acted dismissive and unhelpful.
Room service was also very poor. Every time I called for simple things like towels or water, I was told to come down and get them myself. There was no willingness to assist at all, which defeats the purpose of room service.
On my last day, there was a large water leakage outside my room on the 5th floor. This was very concerning as it posed a potential electrical hazard. Shockingly, no one addressed it, no one apologized, and no compensation was offered for the inconvenience and safety risk.
To make things worse, the staff did not inform me about the lack of AC before payment. When I went back to complain after seeing the room, the employee acted clueless and refused any refund.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, poorly handled, and far below acceptable standards. Not ideal but you can go there only for proximity and lower your expectations.

Great customer service, rooms are cleaned. Great location to the attraction and shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful with a special needs child. I will recommend it to family and friends. I had a lovely Saturday with my boy and mum.
