Housekeeping opened the window behind the curtains during cleaning, which we didn’t notice because they didn’t even draw the curtains. Woke up in the middle of the following night freezing and my already existing cold got even worse from the next day onward. From a 4-star hotel, you would expect better.
Cleaning. Not so extra, changed the sheets and gave new bath towels, but did not pay attention to more “hidden” places like shelves etc. which were full of dust. Once again, you would expect a more thorough approach from a hotel promoting themselves with 4 stars on this platform.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It’s set in a pretty, quiet neighbourhood. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.
The only drawback was that there was no restaurant in the hotel and when I ordered a room service, it arrived a bit cold as it was not prepared in the hotel. However, there are plenty of options within a short walking dystanse to the hotel.

Cool details in decorations
Due to air pressure changes in the room/ in the aisle our door kept clanking loudly. Thera was no toilet brush and television was old. ( no possibility to netflix etc.)
