The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. Location was really good. Close to Metro. We were delighted to get a very special surprise in our room when we arrived to help us celebrate our anniversary.
There was really nothing we were unhappy with.

View from the balcony was not nice & no privacy whatsoever.
Double bed is 2 singles pushed together.
No cafe/bar & we were informed by staff that there hasn't been one since COVID. Your photos are misleading & should be removed. We always book a hotel with a bar.
Very small rooftop area & the bar was literally a man standing behind a drinks trolley with offerings of canned beer & limited choice & only until 9.30pm! Hardly what you'd expect from your description & photos.
Had the description been accurate, we would have chosen a different hotel who genuinely offered these facilities.
Very disappointed & mislead by your advertising!!

Room was okay, quite good for couple with one child. Nearest metro line is L4 (~5 min walks). Staff was very helpful and keep asking about if we need anything.
I booked with balcony view room but there won't be any view from balcony, Balcony is not worth for money.
