Clean, comfortable rooms. The pool is a nice amenity, especially in the summer

The room was nice, spacious and had a lovely balcony. The terrace was beautiful, and the hotel also has a swimming pool. Breakfast was quite standard for a 3-star hotel, but the coffee was good. Some of the staff were very polite and friendly, especially the people working at the breakfast buffet, who were really pleasant and helpful.
One of the mattresses was quite uncomfortable, as it felt old and worn out. The housekeeping could also be improved: after requesting room cleaning, some rubbish was left behind and the room was not properly vacuumed. The service at reception was very inconsistent. While some staff were friendly, a few of the older male receptionists were particularly rude and unfriendly, often giving the impression that they wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible when we asked a question or needed assistance. The swimming pool also did not look very clean, possibly because of sunscreen and cosmetics from other guests, so we decided not to use it.

The AC is very strong, and its temperature is adjustable. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance of Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló, and Casa Milà.
There were some bad smells coming from the floor drain, not always, but from time to time.

Extremely friendly and polite staff who were really helpful with early checkin, luggage storage etc.
Very good location, main attractions and public transport are both nearby with some amazing restaurants and cafes.
Room was clean, the temperature was nice, the pool area was also relaxing.
The only negative might be that the room was a little bit noisy, we could hear others going around both in the building and on the streets below, but I’d choose this place again despite that.

My Daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and we had an amazing time. Staff were great and the location was brilliant right in the hub of Barcelona and the pool on the roof was just big enough!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed chatting with Diego at breakfast
We felt very safe in the hotel and happy to have the roof top sun beds to relax on
Pool bar/food service was a minimum spend and via an external company so would have been a 30 min wait. No ice machine or available after a certain time

The front desk staff was great. Mark was especially helpful The room and bed was comfortable. Clean facilities. Good breakfast.
The pool was very shallow (knee / thigh deep) and very small. Cleaning staff didn’t always do a good job tiding up room.
