Exceptional
Upon arrival the staff was super friendly, they stored our bags so we could start exploring. Our room was nicely decorated. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Front-desk restaurant recommendation was great since my flight was delayed and I was trying to catch up with my tour. The breakfast was good and helped to get a head-start to the day. The location is wonderful and an easy 15-min walk to Sagrada familia.
The room wasn't cleaned properly, there's a lot of dust on the desk and everywhere else. The location of the toilet paper holder is weird, its around the ankle height and hard to reach. They should have labels for the breakfast food, I (vegetarian) accidentally ate some meat pastry as I didn't have Superman vision and couldn't see what's inside and there was no label.

The location is amazing, the staff is friendly
The rooms were not very clean...Note to the staff: the bathroom lamp is covered ( I mean COVERED) in dust and dirt. Some deep cleaning is required if you want to continue monetizing the hotel in its current state

The room was very clean, breakfast buffet was excellent (with charge). Great staff service.
The room was small and without a view. I think it is a bit overpriced. No coffee in the room.

Nice Boutique looking hotel - nice staff, and nice terrace.
Seems like there are a nice mix of tourists and business travellers.
My room was great, however a little dustry but that is due to the windows having a huge opening when opened.

Great location. Easy to get to from the airport. Quiet.
Our room wasn't cleaned one day and inconveniently on another. Towels not replaced as often as we would have liked. Glasses and mugs not cleaned.

Saying their pool was open but unheated when it was covered… the bizarre faucets in the bathtub where you had to get in to turn it on to draw a bath…
