Wonderful
Good hotel in a very good location. Walking distance from Sagrada familia. Nice and clean room. Very nice breakfast with cava :). Helpful staff. Loved the outdoor area on the roof. Small swimming pool for refreshing yourself. We had a very lovely stay.
Our room was next to the elevator on the 5th floor. Good sleep guaranteed only with earplugs. Arrived in the middle of the night and there was no hot water. The water problem in Catalonia is understandable but would still like to shower after a flight.

Room was not huge but all we needed. We were out every day.
The only issue was one elevator was out of service so sometimes the wait was a little long.

The location is very convenient and you can walk to most of the famous sightseeings.The pool area was really nice, too. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping made the bed and changed our towels everyday.
One of our windows did not close fully, so some noise was coming in from the street, however it was not very loud during the night so we didn't have issues with it.

Great location, lovely staff who were very helpful, fabulous beds, bedding and pillows all completely renewed 2 months ago, we didnt have breakfast so cant comment of the food. Sun terrace was small but great and the pool wasnt big but enough to get a dip and wee swim.
No bar and alcohol in the mini bar so no nightcap on the balcony. No parasols on the sun terrace (Im a redhead so need shade)

Lovely hotel in good location. Close to metro station, 15min walk from Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla and Sagrada Familia. Well appointed room with very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful.

Good comfortable room with plenty of storage to unpack. The location is convenient in the center of the city and a short walking distance to the metro.
Bathroom lighting was not favorable. Difficult to see yourself in the mirror clearly as lighting isn't bright and in your eyes.

The hotel looked really impressive when walked in. Very high end. The room was a great size, lovely big shower too with nonsteam mirrors. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Wish the balcony was big enough for a chair and I couldnt get hot water in the bathroom sink.

Central position with easy access to all tourist attractions and locates in a safe area.
The room was filled with the smell of hygiene product, which indicated the room was thoroughly cleaned but not friendly for people to stay.

Its clean, have comfortable beds and its in great location to visit city also hotel stuff are really pleasant.
In the bathroom shower water pressure was low, and smell wasnt good from time to time.

It was very quiet and we could see the Sagrada Familia from our bed! They were very accommodating when my husband had his cellphone stolen and our room phone didn't work properly. A very good location. A quick walk to what became our every day breakfast spot. Also not far from a few good supermarkets and lots of bakeries. Very easy to walk to the gothic quarter.

Wonderful
Location was really great with respect to public transport, attractions as well as restaurants! The hotel was really good, very comfortable king bed. We only had the breakfast one day, and it was also really good.
Nothing! Maybe the price was a little bit high compared to our expectations in Barcelona, but it was also worth it.
