Very Good
Sandra was super kind and helpful. The location was amazing with public transportation and a grocery store close. We walked to most of the sites (we walk a lot), and the Park Güell was super close. Although we were there in February, the deck area was fabulous and if it were warmer we would have spend a more time out there.
The beds could have been more comfortable, especially the pull-out bed.

Super cute spot! So nice to have a couch, kitchen and dining area and a deck. Just a short walk to the metro and an easy walk to Gràcia, etc. Thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at Estudio Maignon very much. The location is perfect - very close to metro, bus stop, also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Park Guell within walking distance. No irritating noise during the night and the bed was very comfortable, so you can actually rest. The owner is very helpful, contact via whatsapp is fast and she answers all questions. The apartment is clean, nice and well equipped. There is even a washing machine, although I didn't need to use it.
Nothing really to complain about, except that if someone is there for a longer time (I was for two weeks) and so brings a lot of things, then there is not enough space to put clothes etc. since the only wardrobe is narrow and there are pillows, towels and other things stacked (but that is merely a suggestion that maybe they could be placed somewhere else).

Sandra the owner, kindly met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys. She helped us with our heavy suitcase up the stairs. Then explained features of the apartment. There was a lovely terrace outside, metres away is a supermarket and downstairs a fresh market we bought supplies and had lunch on the terrace. HINT we got a taxi from Barcelona Station which cost 15 euros WE WENT CONFIDENT TO USE THE METRO but after using it for a few days it’s so easy and cheap. After you arrive at the regional station go to the adjacent local metro. Buy a 2euro card but two people can use it top it up with ten local trips. Stay on the green line (save you changing lines and it’s only ten minutes further) go all the way around to Lesseps metro station and then it’s an easy 250 metre walk to the apartment. You will enjoy your stay here.
Washing machine was an excellent facility to have but minor suggestion pegs and a tea towel would be handy.

Just a short walk away from the famous Park Guell, yet in a very quiet and peaceful street, the apartment was the best home away from home that we could wish for. We loved everything about it, especially the open terrace, for quiet breakfasts and dinners, it was equipped with everything we needed and the big plus was warm and homely design. The hosts were amazing, they were waiting for us even though our flight was real late, organized an airport taxi and gave us the first Barcelona tips for metro and nearby supermarkets, both situated literally 3 minutes away from the apartment. If we come to Barcelona again, there is no way we will search for any other place to stay.

Simon and Sandra are very kind people, the apartment was clean and in a safe area.
Everything was perfect especially the bathroom.. Hot water was available all times.

Almost everything was perfect, i have only two small comments which i hope it can be improved:
- The doors to outside are completely see through, so anyone can see you from the surrounding neighbors.. I had to put a towel to cover my privacy.
- the blanket was a bit old and yellowish in color, i wish it was more fresh and clean.
But this was not a problem at all, we enjoyed every minute of our stay

Breakfast provided. Very accommodating host. We arrived late but the host waited to greet us. Sparkling clean place with lovely courtyard and a washing machine. Easy short walk to metro. Also can walk to Park Guell.

First of all I would say that the host was really nice and helpful. The flat is clean and has everything what is needed for a stay. It is also located near to some grocery shops, bakeries and ATM. Less than 5 min away is a bigger road where you can catch a taxi or take a bus. Also it is not so far away from some nice tapas bars and cafeterias of Gracia.

The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and was in a very nice area. Lovely private outdoor patio. Secure building. Very close to a metro station. Will definitely be going back next year.

Our stay at the studio was great! Simone received us with warm welcome and was flexible when we needed a late check-in. Simone was also very responsive and available when we needed.
The studio was clean and well supplied! The patio was cute and added to the experience.

Sandra was very helpful and made it possible for us to check in earlier. The room was clean and efficient and the terrace was wonderful especially for us who are used to drinking our morning coffee on our balcony. Gracias neighborhood is an excellent choice if you wish to wander and blend more with local life. If you wish to go downtown, the metro is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There is a supermarket on the next corner and a small fresh fruit shop on the other side of the road for supplies. In general, we consider it an excellent choice that enhanced our experience in the city.
