Check in: we did it online, we arrived late and had no problem getting in.
The apartment: spacious, clean, had everything that you need (dishwasher, washing machine, iron...) Feels like home.
Neighbourhood was good, a lot of stores near there.
We left suitcases after check out and strolled a city for a bit and they took care of it meanwhile.

Good apartment and spacious. The area is safe and close to many small and medium supermarkets, and restaurants. Getting a taxi to and from the apartment is easy.

Amazing apartment! Always conscious booking apartments over hotels but now that we have a little baby it is so much easier to have an apartment. It was clean, spacious, had all the amenities youd need. They even gave us adaptors and a baby high chair strap on accessory. Hosts were available via WhatsApp and so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Well equipped apartment.
Clean.
Easy access via code and online check in, in case you arrive later in the day, so you can just go straight up into the apartment.
Decent parking space (paid, of course)
2 metro stations nearby (Joanic, and Verdaguer) so most of the city is easy to access and arrive at.
LOTS and I mean LOTS of options for food and entertainment nearby (cinemas, ceramic painting, games shop).
I find it a bit strange that theres not a water filter bottle or at least 1 bottle of water in the apartment. But thats me nitpicking (Im from the Middle East, drinking tap water is strange to me). Besides that, I cannot complain about the apartment.

This was a great choice for location, and we appreciated the cleanliness and all the ammmenities of the apt. The bed was comfortable. We walked everywhere. Sagrada Familia was only 15 min. Crazily, we even walked to the Gothic area, but it was a trek! We always felt safe and enjoyed getting to know Gracia neighborhood, though it seemed many of the local people were burnt out on tourists and not very friendly. All communications were friendly and clear with the apt staff.
There were floor to ceiling windows next to the bed in the bedroom and it was always loud. Our sleep was affected even with earplugs. The windows were pretty to have in the living room but too loud to have next to one's head for sleeping. That was the only drawback.

Gorgeous apt and super clean located centrally to all parts of the city. Very easy to get around and I felt very safe in the Gracia neighborhood as a woman walking alone around the area and in the metro. I forgot my adapter plugs and Anna graciously loaned me one. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Totally recommend!
The only thing I didn't love was that the person in the apt next door smoked constantly so you could always smell it in the hall and sometimes it was so strong I could smell it inside the front door of my apt. There are a lot of smokers in Barcelona.
