- Contactless check-in/out
- Fully equipped and has everything you need (full kitchenette with dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster .. etc)
- Has washer/dryer and ironing equipment which means you can come there with less clothes :)
- Very well air conditioned with remote controlled blinds.
- A lot of wardrobes to store your clothes even enough room for all luggages.
- No daily room cleaning. It is ok considering that it is an apartment but not a hotel room. However, with this price tag, it would be good to have.
- Studio apartment is small for family of 4, we should have tried a bigger option.
- Location is OK but not excellent. We mostly spent time around Passage de Gracia, it is 20 min walking distance to that area. not far away but also not too close.

I loved this apartment! It's in a good location (only 25 minute walk to the center and 15 min walk to the Sagrada Familia). The host was very helpful and responsive. The apartment is a big enough size. There is a door between the bedroom and living room. I'm also like how there was a washing machine which included an in built dryer. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!
I think it would be nice if there was a full body mirror in the apartment too. For the girlies who need to do their makeup! A mirror is the living room area would have been nice! Everything else is great :)

Incredible location and super clean! Elevators were super helpful for luggage, hosts were extremely responsive, and the Brita filter was a great touch.
The limited hot water made showering for 3 people a bit of a struggle.

Location was perfect close to metro and other major locations. We walked to Sagrada Família. Apartment was so clean and nice. Staff were so helpful sharing local information. Karin helped us so much. Because of her we had best experience!

Modern, clean, fully-equipped flat in Gràcia. Neighborhood feel on high street without the noise. Combination washer/dryer was a bonus!
Instructions inside the flat would have helped - washer/dryer, stovetop, shower. We figured them out eventually!

Location and access to public transportation, close to lots of stores, layout, comfortable fold out couch, kitchen amenities.
Noise was a problem one night, with people in the building being loud at 3AM. The price was fairly high but that just might be the going rate in Barcelona.

The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were to prepare a quick meal, and the washer/dryer in the kitchen was a bonus.
If you rent an apartment with street view and have to use the sofa bed to sleep there is a lot of noise coming from a bar that's very close to the apartment.

Clean apartment and quite big. Location in a quiet and nice neighborhood but a bit far from the city centre on foot if you have kids. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment was well equipped with diswasher and washing machine. Staff friendly and always available.

The location was perfect. It was a 15 min walk to Sagrada familia and in the heart of shops and restaurants. It was a taxi ride to las ramblas but you could walk it. We had an older couple with us so could not make the walk but the younger people in the group could’ve totally done it with no issues. It was a fabulous location with grocery stores and shops that you needed. The apartment was super modern and just went beyond our expectations. The host met us so that we could have a place to drop off our luggage and she helped us know where we were going. I could not have asked for a better experience.
There’s honestly nothing I can point to that I did not like.
