Modern, clean, fully-equipped flat in Gràcia. Neighborhood feel on high street without the noise. Combination washer/dryer was a bonus!
Instructions inside the flat would have helped - washer/dryer, stovetop, shower. We figured them out eventually!

Location and access to public transportation, close to lots of stores, layout, comfortable fold out couch, kitchen amenities.
Noise was a problem one night, with people in the building being loud at 3AM. The price was fairly high but that just might be the going rate in Barcelona.

The bathroom was very clean. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were to prepare a quick meal, and the washer/dryer in the kitchen was a bonus.
If you rent an apartment with street view and have to use the sofa bed to sleep there is a lot of noise coming from a bar that's very close to the apartment.

Clean apartment and quite big. Location in a quiet and nice neighborhood but a bit far from the city centre on foot if you have kids. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. The apartment was well equipped with diswasher and washing machine. Staff friendly and always available.

Location was perfect close to metro and other major locations. We walked to Sagrada Família. Apartment was so clean and nice. Staff were so helpful sharing local information. Karin helped us so much. Because of her we had best experience!

The location was perfect. It was a 15 min walk to Sagrada familia and in the heart of shops and restaurants. It was a taxi ride to las ramblas but you could walk it. We had an older couple with us so could not make the walk but the younger people in the group could’ve totally done it with no issues. It was a fabulous location with grocery stores and shops that you needed. The apartment was super modern and just went beyond our expectations. The host met us so that we could have a place to drop off our luggage and she helped us know where we were going. I could not have asked for a better experience.
There’s honestly nothing I can point to that I did not like.

Location and the neighborhood is perfect with many bars in the close vicinity. Easy check in with door access code. Very clean apartment.
Even we are a family, it was very disturbing (when someone sleeps in the livingroom) to use the bathroom, which has access only from the bedroom. Especially during the night disturbing. Apartment has only central AC. The livingroom is a way colder than the bedroom, because of the huge glass wall towards the street. (during summer could be opposite and warmer I guess). If you set up the AC for a suitable temperature for the night, in the bedroom is very hot and vica versa.
