Wonderful
Great location! Property is near landmarks, calm area but still offering great restaurants who thin steps away. Walk to La Sagrada Familia. Only thing to take in consideration is that the wall that separates the master room from living room is a sliding divider and no sound privacy if anyone uses the sofa sleeper.

Very comfortable apartment close to the metro station.
The cleaning room routine (only after a seven day stay) and lack of amenities kind of goes against the “boutique” concept. It’s a very good apartment with a reception.

Wonderful
We really liked our apartment and our stay was comfortable. Location was great, we had a small balcony, kitchen has lots of things to make some simple meals. It was warm and clean. Metro and bus stop were on the doorstep, really easy to get around.

The apartment is in a very convenient location - near the Sagrada Familia and also very close to the metro. It was clean, easy to get in after hours, and everything we needed was nearby. Would definitely stay here next time we're in town.

I liked the location. You were close to public transportation and could walk to places of interest. The area did not have the busyness of a tourist area or an area with hotels. It felt like you had just lived in the neighborhood.
The setup is such that carrying heavy luggage to the lockers or to the apartment was difficult. The elevator stopped in between floors . In order to get my bags, I had to carry them up a couple of flights of stairs.

The hotel's location is very good, and we found the room interiors nice and modern.
The cleanliness of the room was not at par. Additionally, the 11 a.m. check-out time was inconvenient, especially since luggage can only be stored until 5 p.m. when the staff leaves the hotel. This information was not provided in the booking details. Our interaction with the staff was minimal due to the lobby being closed at 5 pm every day, creating an awkward setting in case you need any help.

Location, Receptionist, The apartment is good, but too expensive.
The beds are not comfort and as there are 2 small beds in a room they are not comfortable for couples. Also only one bedroom has attached bathroom. The other bedroom does NOT have the attached bathroom.
The lift is not at the same level, we have to carry the luggage by stair case.

The property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The location was convenient with many shops and cafes nearby. The staff was AMAZING!!! Paula and Sara checked us in for our stay and they were fantastic! Sara was the one at reception for most of our stay and she was always super joyful, friendly, and helpful.
More toilet paper would be nice but, other than that, everything was great!!!

Great location and facilities. Very clean. Near the metro, supermarket. Very friendly staff.
The TV. Spanish terrestrial channels only. Not a smart TV so no access to own Netflix account, etc.
