Top location, nice beds, great space, good value for money, nice note and beer on arrival.
Reception personell was quite inflexible (breakfast could not be prepared 5 min earlier), but not much need as you can collect keys via machine. Took quite some time via machine as much info asked

Beautiful apartment, amazing central location and the friendliest staff ever. Lovely to meet you. Thank you so much for being so helpful and genuine- booking us taxis and for your dinner recommendations - we went to both places and they were highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived until the end of the week when we left, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location is outstanding across the street from a metro station. Two block walk to Avenue Gaudi where there are multiple restaurants with outdoor dining and local families there every night. We will definitely be back again.

Need to communicate more what the facilities do or don't include. Such as, two bathrooms should have two hair dryers. Also, more towels would have been valuable. Otherwise, great stay

Brilliant location and amazing staff, we dealt with Julia and she was so helpful, polite and kind. She gave us lots of handy tips which were very helpful especially as we were travelling with young kids. Thank you Julia, you were amazing. The kids loved you :) We felt the location was excellent and safe with our young family. The facilities at the apartment were excellent, very clean and spacious. We had an issue with our shutters and cot however they were dealt with promptly, great service guys. I loved the idea of providing guest drinks and snacks on arrival! I will be sure to recommend Erik Vokel to my family and friends. One happy family :)

The apartments were very clean with comfortable beds and large pull-out sofa. We comfortably fit six people (adults and children) in each of our apartments. The kitchen facilities were nice and included all the basics. The location is great as well, just around the corner from a metro station and within easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and many restaurants.
Nothing, we were very pleased with everything about our stay.

Clean, comfortable property. Close to tourist attractions and metro line.
The lift is not on the same level as apartments. It was awkward getting a large suitcase up the stairs to each mezzanine. The bedrooms are small so there is not enough space to open a large suitcase in a bedroom.

The location near La Sagrada was wonderful and we walked close to Sagrada many times to eat in view of it. The metro stop is super convenient. There are tons of coffee shops and bars nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.
We had 2 bedrooms with 3 beds which was great for our family of 4. We didnt spend as much time in the apartment as I anticipated so we did not use the stove at all! But for a family its a plus to have it. They seem to be very strict in their noise curfew. We had some partiers in the building and we were also there during Focs de Sant Joan, but heard minimal noise from other guests thankfully!
We had trouble understanding how to use the washing machine and tried and failed to work the stove once. A little instruction would have helped. Im sure the front desk could help but they are not available around the clock.
