Clean, spacious, modern apartment with huge walk out private patio. Location was great, a neighborhood versus tourist spot with close access to groceries and the Metro. Walkable to many key sites yet away from the hordes of tourists. The adorable daybed by the full length windows that open onto the patio was my favorite spot to relax.
The lift was old and quaint and worked fine going up but we could not get it to stop to let us on on the way down as we were leaving with our bags. Probably an error on my part… We used the stairs mostly but, if you are on a higher floor and checking in or out after hours when the office is closed, I recommend getting instructions.

Wonderful
Clean, very comfortable, perfect size, new and spacious for the family. Having the washing machine was great. Also, there is a convenient store 30 seconds away which also makes it easy. It was very easy to catch a can due to the location.
Property was great! No complaints other than the street is a bit noisy but the apartment itself was very quiet and perfect.

The apartment is clean and spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the location is excellent. There’s a washer and dryer, and the kitchen is fully equipped with coffee and tea. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The elevator is old and a bit slow, but it’s not a big issue. I really liked the place and highly recommend it — it’s close to the metro station and the central area.

Spacious and quiet rooms , clean kitchen and bathroom, convenience location for restaurant, grocery and transportation services, and daytime front desk staff (very friendly and helpful). Highly recommended.
The elevator is quite small , aged and slow . You had better to be able to walk/ climb the stairs ( 20 steps each floor) without heart or breath problems. But you can always use the elevator if you’re very patient to wait for its routine functions.

The location is superb! We can go everywhere easily with the metro or even by walking. The place is very clean and modern. Easy access.
We didn't know we can't have the toilet paper or cleaning service if we stay less than a week.
Considering it's 6ppl and 4 nights stay. Without any service , the price is a little bit high.

We had apartment number 15, which had a huge balcony Terrace actually. It had a table 4 chairs and an umbrella and two lounge chairs. Located on one floor up from the street. The place is clean as a whistle. And the front desk staff was tremendously helpful
I thought the price was a little high. The lift seemed to always be dependent on five doors being closed all the time, and that was often not the case. So there was a lot of stairs involved when the lift didn’t work.

Good apartment space, great location
Check in done through kiosk is not so user friendly; reception only open from 9-17h so if you need anything from them you need to do at those hours, cleaning supplies (washing machine laundry soap not included). Dishwasher machine in our unit has rust.
