This property is in a very good neighbourhood and well situated for transit ( metro is next door) and the buses run right by the front door. The street is a wide elegant avenue with good stores (grocery nearby) The staff were very accommodating about directions, advice to getting to other places, etc. The rooms were quite adequate and the beds were comfortable. We cooked the evening meals there and the kitchen is well equipped.
The apartments were renovated about 10 years ago and we felt that there were a few details that would help finish the job. The closets lacked shelves at heights that were useful and one bedroom had a hanger rod that was way too high, so this needs more thought. Nothing that really marred the stay though.

The location is great next to a Metro Station and good facilities. The apartment was very clean and staff were very helpful.
The rate is too pricey compared to other locations in Spain.

The apartment was amazing everything that anyone needs.
Great balcony, useful washing machine

I stayed more than I week and they gave to little toilet paper.
The elevator was old and some people left the door open in their floors that block it for usage

The location was ideal for us refering to the fact we were on business trip. Also the atmosphare of the place, the kindness of the staff was excellent. Would like to have similar service in general every time I am travelling.
The lift was very tight :)
