Dose not worth the price , next time would book a proper hotel with proper room service and front desk ,

Location was very good and spacious unit. Balcony was nice to have.
Bed very uncomfortable. No charging outlets, lighting makes place look dirty and dated.

Property was clean, good size and great location
We arrived late, after the reception closed, so we had to use the machine to get our key. Except the machine was jammed, no key came out, and the 24/7 emergency phone number, took over an hour to help us out. We were in the hall for 75 mins with 3 kids until 1 in the morning. If you’re flight arrives outside reception hours, I would pick another place

The location was perfect. Close to everything without having to live in the tourist belt. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable.
Special mention to Andy who warmly welcomed us and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our entire stay. He also shared neighborhood tips and restaurant recommendations. Andy was more than just someone who managed the reception desk. He was our host, who made us feel at home.

Mattress on the bed has a good firmness, not too soft.
Clean place, big terrace.
Kitchen doesn't have much stocks for cooking, fridge door wasn't closing easily which sometimes ended up staying open for a while.
Pillows were too soft reducing the quality of sleep.
some cloth hanger at the entrance would be really good.

Great location, very quiet (we were on the 5th floor facing the back - requesting to stay on an upper floor is highly recommended but you won’t have a terrace/balcony), clean and comfortable for a family of four. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. There is an elevator. The staff were helpful.
I found the instructions for the all-in-one washer/dryer on the door of the cupboard were not accurate for the machine but I was able to figure out how to use. As others have mentioned, a wash-dry cycle does take a lot of time. The unit could use a box of facial tissues (think others have also commented this). The view is of a typical neighbourhood but that was not a priority for us.

Everything! Location was not in a busy area, but close enough to be able to walk to the Sagrada Familia. Lots of metro stations nearby.

I did not receive a code to access, granted we were 30 minutes early to book in: with 2 big suitcases! However someone appeared and sorted us well!
Great small kitchen, proper coffee , great welcome wine and nibbles!

Room was gorgeous , only slight comment- couch was not that comfortable and almost impossible to watch tv from couch as bookshelf in way: but overall decor classic! Can’t really put into words any other negatives! All good
