It's a good 10-15 min walk from the office - it is a little far especially when you hauling all your luggages.

Disappointing
The location is excellent, almost near everything
There was no cleaning service, although i paid extra price for cleaning
The bed is not comfortable
Alot of bugs around the apartment and went in the bed and all our stuff
It was only stairs , no elevator, we had a wheelchair person and i wish this was mentioned because we had a very hard time every time we want to go out and come back in

Location was overall good, nice place to stay for no more than 6 people.
- you have to get to different location first to get a key (in our case the host forgot to put it in the keystorage), and to leave the luggage it is a different location as well.
- cleanness issues. We found blood stain on the bed sheet and although it was changed the next day it was irritating
- one of the bedrooms has no windows

Wonderful
Large well appointed apartment off of La Rambla. Great space for our family. I found La Rambla to be not the nicest part of the city (everyone tells you to go there when they talk about Barcelona) but it is a convenient location near metro. Bath gel and a nice shampoo were provided along with 2 packets of laundry detergent. Check in time was 3 pm. The hosts were very nice, great communication, and they booked us a cab to the airport early on our departure day which was very helpful.
You pick up your keys in a building about 10-12 min walk from the apartment. You can store your bags there if you are early, which is great. But we were a family of 6 with younger children and a grandmother with us, and walking that distance in the heat with all of our bags was not the easiest. Also be aware there is no elevator, it is one steep/narrow staircase up to the apartment.

The location was amazing! We had plenty of room for 6 people. This was our first time in Barcelona and everthing was so convenient, shopping, eating, the market and trams!

It was very spacious and comfortable for the 6 adults we had. Very close to Los Ramblas, which is what we wanted. Felt very secure while in the apartment. Company gave us 3 sets of keys, which was great when our party wanted to split up.
The back section with bedrooms air conditioning was not cold enough and could not lower the thermostat any more. The main bedroom was warm. Also, there is a window between the main bedroom and main bathroom/shower which was a little weird. I know my spouse, but to see your spouse using the toilet is a bit overreach.
