Room was great.
We asked for a double bed when we booked. On arrival the room had twin beds. We relayed this to our hostess when we were taken to the room, however we had to ask again the following day for the bed to be changed. The main lounge was a bit cold when we had drinks one night.

We loved the hotel; there is parking to proceed to check-in with Valet parking. We loved the style of the hotel built in 1919 but fully renovated with all the comfort of modern days; USB and USB-C plugs intergrated in the walls; Adapter also provided if needed; Amazing bathrooms. Despite facing the big street the window are 100% soundproof and we didn't hear any street nois with windows closed. One more thing was the excellent breakfast with state of the art coffee!!!! I don't think I ever had an americano that was so good

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff
Pool does not have a warming system so it’s mostly decorative. The fitness room is tiny and too warm with a tv of only 3 channels. Waiters in the beautifull Hall are extremely slow and unattentive. Pity because the food is EXCELLENT.

The property was beautiful with a lovely dining area for breakfast and lounge area. The staff is AMAZING!!! Everyone!!! The recommendations for restaurants were perfect for us. Definitely going back to Barcelona because of the hotel experience. : )

Missing some basic services. F.E. No trash can in the bathroom, no toothbrush & toothpaste, bed sheets and slippers weren’t changed even once during our 4 days of stay etc
