El Palace is perfectly located, with spacious, beautifully appointed rooms and exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond, making every stay feel special. Highly recommended.
The only downside was that the spa facilities required an additional fee, which felt out of place in an otherwise premium experience. It would be much better if access were included in the room rate.

Location. Room was good size. People were very good.
Small issue related to charges. My wife requested a pot of tea with two tea bags. Was disappointed to discover charges for two pots of tea. Raised charge at checkout and it was removed. Small issue but worth noting.
