Location. Room was good size. People were very good.
Small issue related to charges. My wife requested a pot of tea with two tea bags. Was disappointed to discover charges for two pots of tea. Raised charge at checkout and it was removed. Small issue but worth noting.

The suite was spacious, multiple rooms for the family to spread out. The cleaning and turn down service was excellent.
Workout room was a bit dated, too small for a property of this size and caliber.

Extraordinary property! Beautiful finishes! Gorgeous enormous walk-in showers! The staff are amazing. The rooftop bar is exquisite!
The pool needs restoration pretty badly. I don’t know how they don’t see that: hundreds and hundreds of the ceramic tile are broken off! Very surprising.

The service is exceptional. The classic room is very comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. Location was great with easy access to get anywhere in the city. We used concierge for our tours and they were excellent with recommendations for tours and restaurants. Rooftop bar was an added bonus.
