A very elegant hotel. Nicely appointed and well staffed. The breakfast buffet was really quite nice.
I thought our Junior suite was just a little underdone for the amount we paid.

Great location. Wonderful staff, Super helpful and hardworking.Heater was too strong we had to ask for a fan.My son & I enjoyed walking around and room was spacious and clean . I wish they had outlets for our chargers, Cpap machines and other gadgets on our nightstands . There was congress going on so we had a very hard time getting a taxi and uber so the kind staff walked around the blocks to help us with luggage and cabs . Other than the room heat and lack of walk outlets , no breakfast available. We had a great stay overall! Thank You !
Room heater had no control within the room and we had to ask for a fan . There were also no outlets by our bedsides so we had electrical wires around the beds bec my son uses a cpap machine to sleep .

Location and staff
We arrived early in the morning and were not able to check in until right at 3pm (they knew we wanted earlier). Also we talked to others who got in their room early. Also we were not able to regulate the temperature in the room.

Location is great, in the city center so you can walk around to all interesting points. Staff is great and very polite. Especially Vito! Rooms were very clean.
Room was very dark and it was watching to the building that was 3 meters away. Sound isolation is non-existing, it was very loud and we could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other rooms around. Breakfast is ok, but it would be good to change it from time to time. We were there for 7 days and it was identical each morning.

Great location, nice staff, nice rooms.
Sandals should have been available on all rooms - only one them had them. Also, housekeeping could do better. Drinking glasses in our room were never refreshed and the floor was not cleaned.
