Beautiful hotel , located close to old town , shopping , Metro and sights . Everything is within walking difference. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were exceptional . Great buffet breakfast - everything covered ! To top it off , has a great outside rooftop bar overlooking the city . This is the 5th time I have stayed here !

The hotel was gorgeous! It truly is a palace! Immaculate and smelled amazing!
So elegant and the service was impeccable!
The only negative was checking in at 10:30 and we knew our room wouldn’t be available to 3:00 (the luggage being stored as a courtesy was a great plus). The breakfast area was still open as 7:00-11:00 were the hours.
We only wanted coffee and were allowed, but I saw guests on our last morning in the same situation asking about breakfast after checking in and it’s not clear cut. Persons from the cruise ships have probably eaten but other travelers maybe not.
It is a wonderful breakfast we did enjoy our 3 full days there!

Good location, clean, great staff. Very elegant spaces and historic vibe.
Wish breakfast was included. In the morning I usually only have a pastry or fruit, don’t want to pay for full buffet. Also, a minor note is the very thin walls allow you to hear your neighbors, likely due to the age of the hotel.

Excellent location, beautiful and elegant hotel, with a luxurious lobby and impressive staircases, spacious rooms, soundproof, comfortable beds. But most of all we appreciated the very helpful, friendly and kind reception supervisor, Ms. Gabriella Staicu, who promptly solved the problem we had and offered us a courtesy voucher for champagne at the roof top party. Special thanks to Gabriel from the concierge who welcomed us kindly and recommended good cafés and restaurants with local dishes.

History, lobby, location, room! I think we may have been on a renovated floor? But it was amazing. Bed was comfortable, street is busy but glass is sound proof so you don’t hear a thing. Also, black out blinds! So good. Very very helpful reception and concierge. I have so much good to say I don’t know where to stop, rooftop pool views are amazing and the afternoon piano player really adds to the feel of the historical lobby.

Great location. Wonderful staff, Super helpful and hardworking.Heater was too strong we had to ask for a fan.My son & I enjoyed walking around and room was spacious and clean . I wish they had outlets for our chargers, Cpap machines and other gadgets on our nightstands . There was congress going on so we had a very hard time getting a taxi and uber so the kind staff walked around the blocks to help us with luggage and cabs . Other than the room heat and lack of walk outlets , no breakfast available. We had a great stay overall! Thank You !
Room heater had no control within the room and we had to ask for a fan . There were also no outlets by our bedsides so we had electrical wires around the beds bec my son uses a cpap machine to sleep .

We arrived early in the morning and were not able to check in until right at 3pm (they knew we wanted earlier). Also we talked to others who got in their room early.

Location is great, in the city center so you can walk around to all interesting points.
Staff is great and very polite. Especially Vito!
Rooms were very clean.
Room was very dark and it was watching to the building that was 3 meters away. Sound isolation is non-existing, it was very loud and we could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other rooms around.
Breakfast is ok, but it would be good to change it from time to time. We were there for 7 days and it was identical each morning.
