The staff went above and beyond our expectations, those at the front desk were gracious, helpful; our room was attended to impeccably; the hotel lobby is opulent; we really enjoyed relaxing in the lounge listening to live music one evening.
I cannot think of anything, except to have a room positioned away from the staircase as lobby noise drifts upward which we could hear from our room in the mornings

Beautiful hotel, staff was excellent with restaurant recommendations and reservations, and the live music in the lobby was wonderful
It was difficult to get the temperature in the room correct. Thermostat wasn’t super easy to navigate so our room was a bit warmer then we would have liked

The hotel was very clean, rooms were modern, smelled fantastic, beds were very comfortable. The property was centrally located to great restaurants and a lot of stores to go shopping in. The hotel staff - especially the front desk and the bell hops were absolutely amazing from check-in until we departed. Our bags were waiting for us in our rooms when we went up to our rooms. Anything we needed, they would help accommodate. They helped us make reservations to multiple restaurants and made dinners recommendations as well, sightseeing tours, printed documents for us, always would help us get taxis.

Location is perfect, even it is on a crowded place the room was silent. Staff is really kind, the bed was very comfy, I’d like to stay here when I come to Barcelona again

Central location. Close to metro
It is rather on the shabby part, even if I stayed at the “newer” “renovated” floor. Nevertheless room ok but the whole place is so poorly insulated - you can hear anything and everything and especially the water pipes.

Superb location, super friendly staff. I really liked the traditional decor, the hotel has a real charm about it. The room was great, comfortable, clean, all the amenities you could want.
A few more hot options at breakfast would have been nice

Very friendly staff and great safe location and great rooftop with beautiful views of the city.
They have 2 elevators but during my stay one went down for a day and had to take stairs, that was the only inconvenience for me.
