Delicious breakfast, very helpful front desk staff, very nice Bikini Bar staff. Beds very comfortable, nice robes and toiletries- I needed a safety pin and found one in the vanity kit
If I have to say one thing it’s that I requested an early check in just because we had been traveling all day but it could not be accommodated , we checked in at 3

The staff was excellent and very helpful. The location was perfect - right in the midst of shopping, food, and subway stops. The pool on the rooftop was the perfect way to end the day.

I loved everything about this place! From doing a really early arrival and getting us in a room as early as possible, to let my husband get in the bed. He was so sick that he did not even get to explore the area and we were only there for one night. I got out for a couple of hours but felt bad for him so I came back. I walked in the adjacent restaurant and they offered to make him some soup. He wanted to come down with me and didn't see anything that appealed to him so we didn't eat there. It was so wonderful of them to seat us and take care of us even though we left. The lasting impression was made by the owner. At check in the gentleman noticed Harley Davidson gear and went to get the owner who came out and sat with us for a few minutes. That just proves that bikers are the very best!!
I could not come up with one negative thing to say. We were treated very well by all of the staff and they went above and beyond for us. I only really wish we had set up a few days to stay. The hotel is so beautiful it just took my breath away. I wish I could say with certainty that I will come back but we don't have it like that. If I hit the lottery look out!! Thank you all for being so kind!

Location. Staircase is the prettiest part of the hotel.
Room was appalling. It was tired, boring. Terrible view. And dirty. Broken shower door. See photos. Staff not interested at all in how disappointed we were. At $650AUD a night it was terribly over priced.

Central location with spacious bright room and large bathroom with daily housekeeping. Excellent breakfast every morning that went from 7:30am-11:30am with wide range of dining selections. Staff were incredibly helpful and available at all times. Proper front desk service, loved the old school keys that had to be left at the front desk every time we left so they could monitor who was coming and going.
The pool was very disappointing, it was much smaller than expected and no where to really sit around it. Having access to a rooftop pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel and it felt difficult to use. Also a bit tricky to access taxis because the hotel is literally on a Main Street but there was a taxi stand nearby.

Location, pool on rooftop, good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice towels & staff extremely helpful.
Room was a bit tired, door difficult to get in, sink in bathroom didn't drain properly & cups for coffee instead if paper cups would be preferable.
