All the staff were courteous and professional. They went out of their way to assist with our needs. We needed special linens for our room which they were able to provide. They were helpful finding cabs for us. I highly recommend the hotel. Thanks for an awesome visit.
I enjoyed everything about the hotel especially the decor. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, staff always replenishing the items. The breakfast room was large, bright and festive.

The service was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful in so many ways. We received great restaurant recommendations. The location was perfect. Very close to main attractions, restaurants, and bus and metro lines.
We were on the 6th floor in a junior suite, but found out that other floors had been refurbished. We decided to stay an extra night and were moved to one. The bed, couch, and chairs were more comfortable, and the lighting was also better. Electronic key cards were used instead of keys. Ask for a refurbished room.

Location was great and room very comfortable, exterior roll-down block-out shades are amazing. Fantastic view from our room. Nicely refurbished room.

The hotel is well-maintained and impressive. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The staff was happy to prepare omelets according to our request and provide a food basket (a roll and desserts) for my wife, who avoids gluten. The hotel was willing to assist with any request (they changed our room when it was noisy due to outside construction, helped us order a large taxi for six people, and were happy to guide and recommend… wonderful). The location is excellent, right in the center and there are also nearby metro stations that make the more distant attractions easily accessible.
The walls between the rooms are a bit thin, and you can easily hear noise from other guests. Additionally, since we don’t usually eat meat in the morning, adding cheese or fish could have upgraded the breakfast (which was varied and tasty… remember? :-) ).
