Location and staff
We arrived early in the morning and were not able to check in until right at 3pm (they knew we wanted earlier). Also we talked to others who got in their room early. Also we were not able to regulate the temperature in the room.

Greeted by a very welcoming doorman, and very friendly receptionists. We arrived early and they upgraded our room as there was one ready and available which was a lovely surprise. The room was very well maintained, lovely decor and the extras available such as a pillow menu were splendid. Facilities were great also, really lovely rooftop bar, pool and terrace area with amazing views of the city. The location was absolutely perfect. Shopping/restaurants/La Ramla all in very easy walking distance.

We love this place! The staff were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has the most amazing staircases. We loved relaxing listening to the piano player in the evenings in the gorgeous lobby bar area and the breakfast buffet was the best we have ever had.

Location is great, in the city center so you can walk around to all interesting points. Staff is great and very polite. Especially Vito! Rooms were very clean.
Room was very dark and it was watching to the building that was 3 meters away. Sound isolation is non-existing, it was very loud and we could hardly sleep due to the noise from the other rooms around. Breakfast is ok, but it would be good to change it from time to time. We were there for 7 days and it was identical each morning.

Efficient staff very attentive. And very central to all amenities
Room was musty as you entered, needed to have the lamps on all day to see. The bed kept moving as it was on wheels, which then woke the partner up due to the jolting. Some of the plug outlets were no working . And seeing scale at the bottom of the shower doors.
