The hotel bar
The room was not as advertised. Was not the bed type or room type pictured. Cleaning service was not performed two days in a row

The only two good things we can say about this hotel was its location and it’s breakfast.
In visiting seven countries in five weeks, this was the absolute worst experience that we had with any hotel. First, our flight was canceled from Basil and we had to travel to Zürich to fly in the next morning. We informed the hotel of that by email and text the night before. We had paid in advance for five nights and when we arrive the next morning, we were told that our reservation had been canceled and they had no room available for us. We insisted that they would have a room because we had paid for five nights in advance. Finally, they gave us a room that they never came to clean for three days while we stayed there. Our bed was not made towels were not changed in spite of the fact that we left them on the floor as the instruction said and the temperature was 42°C.

The lobby is beautiful and the staff is amazing. I had a bad fall and the staff attended to my needs. Have some of the best staff. I also had a had hard time getting a taxi for my cruise they went out of their way to assist me.

The location was perfect! Tourist spots, restaurants, metro, shopping and grocery store were all within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful

Really helpful staff the way a hotel should operate.
Some noise from staff workers at night. Because we were by the staff elevator and hear some moving carts or something on and off the staff elevator. But that was because about was by the elevator.

Location was Great. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Classic spanish decor and styling. Classy bar showing world cup games. Interesting history - Beatles stayed here.
Air conditioning was too warm, shower water difficult to control. Only one elevator working most of our stay. Bathrooms had an infrequent odor - maybe from antiquated plumbing and sewage system. Limited TV channels.

Location and staff good.
My room was dark and claustrophobic. It had one window overlooking an inside area. I requested another room and they moved me on 2nd day. That room was nicer but hallway was noisy. Staff was very nice.
