I had a great stay and from the first moment I arrived mr Gabriel made me feel like home’he is wonderful person he was always there to help In any situation not only me but all the guest that where coming in contact with him ‘ he made us feel special and he is a very wonderful person I will return happily to this hotel!

The bed and the pillow are too hard extremely uncomfortable the room was too hot and the temaperature was not able to be lowered the two rooms were two floors apart which is unbelievable with kids so far away also the rooms where different not the same level one renovated while the other was old which was not mentioned before

The central location was excellent the breakfast had variety and very good choices. The staff were very polite and helpful. On my partner’s birthday we got a surprise of a bottle of bubbly chocolates and a birthday wish. It was very nice gesture much appreciated.
The room has a window to a courtyard which made it quiet but dark we didn’t know what time of day it was without looking at the watch. Lights on all the time. It was a bit too hot for sleeping. But these are the only two negatives for me apart from that I can’t complain about anything at all.

Central location. Close to metro
It is rather on the shabby part, even if I stayed at the “newer” “renovated” floor. Nevertheless room ok but the whole place is so poorly insulated - you can hear anything and everything and especially the water pipes.
