Fabulous location. Beautiful family room with bedroom, bathroom and very large sitting room / kitchen for the 2 teens to sleep.
We’ve stayed a number of times over the years and the teens immediately settled in like a home from home.
The location cannot be beaten. Beautiful views of the port. A few minutes walk from the old town , art galleries and so on. Love it. We all do!

The location was amazing. Really central to where we wanted to be. Walking distance from most points of interest in the gothic quarter. Central location however does mean more noise which is a bit tricky with younger children
Building renovation taking place. Due to finish summer 2026. Breakfast was at their number hotel. Not many choices, takes time to refill the buffet options. Some of the staffs’s attitude seemed indifferent to me.

Perfect location & staff were very helpful & attentive. Nice touch a bottle of cava for our birthday celebration.
Roof top area not officially open even though it was advertised as all year round. (However we were not stopped from sitting & taking in the views)

Room was stunning and practical
Needs way more mirrors! Only one in bathroom and one in wardrobe that we couldn’t access easily because of the tv. For a family room you need two extra full length mirrors around the place. Some of the electrical sockets didn’t work

The hotel is in a fantastic location in a wonderful part of Barcelona, very well situated for exploring the city. It felt safe and welcoming. The staff of the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the toiletries were nice and very useful - we liked that they were using sustainable brands.
The hotel’s bar and roof terrace was closed which we did not know about before booking - this was disappointing and I would maybe have chosen a different hotel had I known. The television in our room would not accept casting from our phones, someone attempted to fix it but was unsuccessful. There was quite noisy building work taking place so a fair amount of banging during the day.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff was amazing! However, we didn’t receive a room with a balcony, as shown in the pictures when we booked .

Location great - plenty of clothes storage space - iron and board a great touch - and lounge / kitchen room size great and fully equipped - staff very friendly nice complimentary touches cava wine and chocolates and coffee pods
Reception area isn’t perfect a bit small no charging points that are easily accessible - bathroom a little small and toilet was wonky (room 405) - bedroom a bit small too - complimentary bottles water would have been a nice touch

Staff : Very kindly and supportive. I appreciate to guide us.
Location : Very near to La Rambla and Gotic area, also near to Mediterranean. Easy to go main location by walk.
Room : Very clean room, bed making, amenities. I especially like to sea the view of Port Vell from roof top bar.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location was good, close to the city center. The room service was provided daily, which we truly appreciated. The view from the room was totally worth it.
We cannot say that the breakfast was worth its price. For the cost, it should have offered a wider variety of options. In fact, the only thing we ended up eating was eggs. We also didn't like the fact that we were charged for our baby, who barely ate a yogurt. However, this is just our personal opinion.

Excellent location, near Gothic quarter, easy to get anywhere! Great conditions, clean, no noise from outside. Loved it!
We didn’t have warm water for couple of hours, and staff offered us a bottle of wine and free breakfast as bonus. Sweet and professional!
