Got an excellent feeling when we went to this facility and the room that was given to us.
Excellent staff, she even arranged breakfast bags when we were scheduled to leave before breakfast start time.
You have to be careful while taking shower as water might come out.

the most quiet hotel in barcelona! i stayed in many hotels in barcelona and never experienced this quiet room! the location is perfect! so many amazing eateries and cute shops and streets nearby, super nice staff! the bed was comfy too, the rooms have bath tubs, rituals bathroom products (shampoo, handsoap etc), the rooftop is nice too! it's open 24/7 and has a nice view of the marina, it has two smaller pools which could be fun to use but they are not heated (so they are useless in colder months).
it does not feel like a 4* hotel but more like 3* (judging by the rooms), most of the rooms does not have a view unless you fet super lucky and you get room with the view of the marina. I had room on 3rd floor with view into the inside yard and there was no natural light nor view which i think adds a lot to how you feel about your room, the rooms have super basic design but they do have bathrobes and slippers which is a plus!

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast in the morning (although not included) was top notch, and the room was extremely quiet. This is definitely a hotel that puts love into everything they do and it’s more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. I came to visit my friend who lives in Barcelona and we ended up hanging out at Hotel Duquesa de Cardona for two nights on the rooftop because it was that amazing up there. He even said it’s better than most of the places he knows in Barcelona to hang out! Food at the hotel was also amazing. I got a ceviche and a burger and really enjoyed both of them. When I come back to Barcelona I won’t stay anywhere else. This will be my go to from now on.

Room was amazing - fabulous view of the water. Great staff at every turn. Easy check in/check out. Perfect location - a ten minute walk to Las Ramblas.
The *hot food* at breakfast was usually a bit cold. Otherwise a nice breakfast.

This hotel is very well located in Barcelona. Wonderfull and helpfull staff. Goes out of the way to help and answer questions. Took an interior room so that it wasn t noisy and it wasnt. Hugh bathroom. Bathroom was modern room not as much. I would definetly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel. I felt secure and safe in this area by the waterfront. Hotel was located across the the waterfront, new mall and aquarium.
would have liked a cable or satelitte tv stations that ran in other languages rather than just spanish as many hotels have. Though wifi was free I missed news and movies in english or even french.

Staff was amazing. I forgot our passports in Madrid in the safe, the staff helped organize a courier and shipment to get them back to me safely before we left. Room was very nice and clean. Location was great, close to everything and the metro.
