The Rooftop!! Two pools, full service bar and staff. Great for an afternoon after exploring the city and wanting to relax before dinner. The rooms were a great size and they were always spotless when we came back. The staff and service was wonderful. I would rebook this hotel again because of the location to all the great neighborhoods, food, and shopping.
I do not have any bad feedback. We really enjoyed our stayed, did breakfast at the hotel because it was included, and loved the location. Staff also recommended some food spots that were good.

The room was stinky from the toilet in the bathroom, I paid extra for this room but it was much worse than the cheaper one I rented there later, the toilet wouldn't still emitting smells from the city sewers, again the other room didn't have this problem. The same thing happened a few years ago but we changed the room right away that year. I would think they would've fixed the known problem with the sewer smells but I guess they don't bother and still charge top dollar for that room. Will never stay there again.

Very caring and available staff, and a great location in Barcelona! Right on a main boulevard. Easy walk to many restaurants. Fairly modern and very clean and friendly.
There really isn’t a swimming pool that we could find. There was a closed bar and restaurant on the first floor. Would have been nice if open.

We did have a 10 minute walk to the Boqueria/the Ramblas
Seems very old and tired. There were stickers on the doors designating room members. The air conditioner couldn’t pull our room. Very mediocre for the price. The area directly outside the hotel was not great

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. I loved the towels - huge and fluffy! The breakfast was good, and we enjoyed having a drink on the rooftop deck.
One big drawback of the property is that there’s no place to park your car to unload/load. Our room was very dark and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t good.

Location was great being close to the ocean and right in the gothic quarter. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Breakfast was over the top! We throughly enjoyed it! Staff was wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel.
Loved it all! The pool is small and near the rooftop restaurant/bar. So it felt weird to want to use it being so close to the dining.

Beautiful property, spacious room and bathroom with bathtub, centrally located
I did not get even one restful night’s sleep. You can hear everything on the hallway and the building across the way. People up at all hours of the night and disturbing the hotel guests, and the cleaner and doors in the hotel are loud and starting early morning. The mattress was too firm and the sheets weren’t very soft and the duvet slips out from the duvet cover which also isn’t soft.
