Exceptional
The staff were exceptional and their attention to detail truly unmatched. Although they weren’t informed of my birthday, they noticed it from my passport and surprised my wife and me with a bottle of cava — a very thoughtful gesture.
Breakfast was the highlight of our mornings: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented.
The location is very convenient — close to most major attractions and within easy walking distance of the metro.
The hotel gym was a welcome bonus, especially since such facilities are uncommon in Barcelona hotels.
All in all, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.
As an a fitness and gym enthusiast, I’d say that some more weight plates could be useful, but that’s nitpicking.

The staff were so lovely and welcoming, we felt right at home! The staff were so helpful when we had informed them of our travel incidents regarding lost luggage and advised us on many areas. Staff were very receptive, happy to help and super lovely, we will most certainly return here again in future! Rooms were very clean, many great amenities that were very appreciated and a great location to travel to/from city centre. Thank you again!

Our stay was wonderful We did wish the rooftop menu had more dining choices, but we had a great time.
Honestly, our stay was wonderful. Your staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.

Great position. Close to the marina, beach, restaurants and interesting streets. Beautiful building with comfortable lounge areas. We had a nice quiet room despite being on a busy main road and the breakfast was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Only that the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. It was a little bit cold.

The staff was helpful, facilities good, clean, well located
There was only one flight to Barcelona and we had to arrive to the hotel early at 11.10 am. We were very hungy ( 2 adults 2 children). I asked if possible to have breakfast and the staff said we are collecting the breakfast but if you pay for it you can have with the remaining food. The remaining food was banana and some cakes only. That’s it.

The staff was super friendly, the hotel was very clean, the breakfast in the morning (although not included) was top notch, and the room was extremely quiet. This is definitely a hotel that puts love into everything they do and it’s more than just a place to stay, it’s an experience. I came to visit my friend who lives in Barcelona and we ended up hanging out at Hotel Duquesa de Cardona for two nights on the rooftop because it was that amazing up there. He even said it’s better than most of the places he knows in Barcelona to hang out! Food at the hotel was also amazing. I got a ceviche and a burger and really enjoyed both of them. When I come back to Barcelona I won’t stay anywhere else. This will be my go to from now on.

The room was very nice and spacious. Location excellent for the beach and also walking distance of sightseeing, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very good with excellent variety. We very much enjoyed drinking some delicious cava at the rooftop bar.
