Excellent location, near the Gothic quarter and the yacht promenade. Great breakfast - though the choice was quite regular, everything was super fresh and of good quality. The room was decorated and quite cosy

Disappointing
Amazing location but our room had a view of a brick wall. One table lamp broken so room was very dark. Housekeeping didn’t clean/ change linen on one of the 3 nights- they had a cleaner there to do it.
Duvet covers very scratchy ( not very nice quality linen or toilet paper) had to request bathrobes.
Asked for ironing board which arrived old & rusty with a cheap iron.
We had requested a quiet room with a view but were told this was subject to availability so ended up being woken at 2-3-4 am on the Saturday night. It’s not a 4 star hotel.
Bar & lobby lacked any atmosphere & were dead most evenings.
Rooftop pool is like a plunge pool, didn’t see sun loungers. View from roof top bar is great!

We did have a 10 minute walk to the Boqueria/the Ramblas
Seems very old and tired. There were stickers on the doors designating room members. The air conditioner couldn’t pull our room. Very mediocre for the price. The area directly outside the hotel was not great

Very caring and available staff, and a great location in Barcelona! Right on a main boulevard. Easy walk to many restaurants. Fairly modern and very clean and friendly.
There really isn’t a swimming pool that we could find. There was a closed bar and restaurant on the first floor. Would have been nice if open.

Very Good
The location was perfect. Really well placed for most districts as well as the beach. Rooms was a good size and having the balcony was also nice. Bathroom was well designed for a couple of people to use at the same time without being in each others way.
We experienced some noise disruption from the room above. Banging and moving furniture and feet stomping - which did wake us up on more than one occasion.

The breakfast was fabulous! Many delicious choices. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. Definitely recommend
We couldn’t figure out the air conditioner. WiFi was a bit spotty. The glass partition wasn’t large enough and I felt bad getting water all over the floor

Location. Good breakfast.
Not much comfort in the room, very narrow beds, missing power plugs, minimal equipment in the room.
Rooftop bar closed for hotel guests due to private events. Inside bar closed during summer.
For refreshments, one needed to find sthg outside of the hotel.
Too expensive for the value!
