Room was amazing - fabulous view of the water. Great staff at every turn. Easy check in/check out. Perfect location - a ten minute walk to Las Ramblas.
The *hot food* at breakfast was usually a bit cold. Otherwise a nice breakfast.

This hotel is very well located in Barcelona. Wonderfull and helpfull staff. Goes out of the way to help and answer questions. Took an interior room so that it wasn t noisy and it wasnt. Hugh bathroom. Bathroom was modern room not as much. I would definetly recommend to stay at this wonderful hotel. I felt secure and safe in this area by the waterfront. Hotel was located across the the waterfront, new mall and aquarium.
would have liked a cable or satelitte tv stations that ran in other languages rather than just spanish as many hotels have. Though wifi was free I missed news and movies in english or even french.

Staff was amazing. I forgot our passports in Madrid in the safe, the staff helped organize a courier and shipment to get them back to me safely before we left. Room was very nice and clean. Location was great, close to everything and the metro.

Breakfast is really good, very friendly staff, rooms are clean and very spacious
We had a room on the first floor looking at the port and the windows are not sound proof so you could hear all the traffic and conversations of people passing by. Same for the door, we were close to the elevator and my son could hear everything.

The staff were exceptional and their attention to detail truly unmatched. Although they weren’t informed of my birthday, they noticed it from my passport and surprised my wife and me with a bottle of cava — a very thoughtful gesture.
Breakfast was the highlight of our mornings: delicious, varied, and beautifully presented.
The location is very convenient — close to most major attractions and within easy walking distance of the metro.
The hotel gym was a welcome bonus, especially since such facilities are uncommon in Barcelona hotels.
All in all, a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.
As an a fitness and gym enthusiast, I’d say that some more weight plates could be useful, but that’s nitpicking.

Our stay was wonderful We did wish the rooftop menu had more dining choices, but we had a great time.
Honestly, our stay was wonderful. Your staff was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met.
