Location is good and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. We especially liked the enclosed balcony.
The elevator is small. Only 2-3 people with no luggage fit.

The beds are uncomfortable. 2nd room should have a bigger bed than a single one. Also, should have blackout curtains.

The staff, the location , the aprt , the welcome drinks and mandarines , the wine though for a charge : but for 7,5 euros !!! For a bottle of an excellent wine from the winery of a local . Perfectly equipped ! Incredibly clean . Shampoo/ conditioner/ bath soap all of great quality. Big closets. Comfy pillows ( soft and hard as we like it to be ). Close to the best restaurant ( Catalana ) and ice cream ( dela crem). Close to la Rambla and el Cortes iglesis , but yet in the corner that is quiet and not crazily croudy. I used to stay at the hotel before in placa de gracia . I wish I had known about this place before : best of the best option one could dream of . Right by the next door a wonderful cafe el forte where you can grab some delicious breakfast if needed ( in the cafe or back at the aprt like we did ). Many grocery around where you can buy smth if needed . Wonderful 24/7 wonton and ramen place in case smb gets hungry at night :)))…. TY, Flor and the team of DestinationBCN!

The location is perfect!
The elevator is so old and small! Also the way the elevator works is too old. Sometimes people forgets the door open and you have to go up and down to close the door. I don’t recomend it for families or big groups.

Apartment was really nicely fitted out. Room was very secure. Nice and quiet even though in a central location.
Having to walk to the next block with rubbish to empty the bin!
