The location was very nice, close to many attractions and in a safe area. The room was comfortable.
The early deposit was a bit too high. The cleaning service could need some improvement, the cups on the cupboard would stay unclean although they were used!

Not able to take food to the room. My son had jet lag and had difficulty making it to breakfast and I was told I couldn’t make him a plate (even though i was on the club level and additionally had paid for breakfast for both of us) and take it to the room

Great location close with a quick taxi ride to the airport, but also close to the main city sights. Classic room was huge and bathroom had separate toilet, bath and shower. Huge bed felt super luxurious and friendly customer service. For the sights which are further away, there is a great city hop on and off bus tour with a stop very close to the hotel. Felt like a very safe and good location for a solo traveller.
