The location of the property is very good and the facilities were very up to date, for my trip specifically it was very close to Paula Sant Jordi venue which was extremely convenient, the staff were very helpful and friendly as well, there are some restaurants around

Spacious and Comfortable Room The room was generously sized, providing ample space for our family of three to relax comfortably.
Disappointing Breakfast Service at a 5-Star Hotel The breakfast experience was far below expectations for a hotel of this standard. Staff showed little courtesy or attention to detail—no greeting, no offer of drinks, and basic items like tea and coffee had to be requested multiple times. Juices were only brought after reminders, and one was spilled over our food while being poured. No teaspoons were provided, and the overall service felt rushed and disorganized. While the area was busy, that’s no excuse for poor management. A 5-star hotel should be prepared to deliver quality service even during peak times. Sadly, this left a negative impression on an otherwise promising stay.
