The staff took an exorbitant amount of city tax from of us. On top of that, one of them even tried to charge it again with a colleague who checked in later and didn't have an idea that his tax was already paid by us. When we checked into another hotel near the airport due to our flight, they charged us muche lesser city tax and that's how we got to know

Great location, very near to Sants Railway Station. Staff very friendly, and the 2 room apartment suited our needs very well.
Not enough lights in living room, making room very dark at night.

Great apartment, was well equipped with everything what was needed to stay few day, make meals. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean with comfortable bed and sofa. Location is great even if you want to see Barcelona by walk.

Location was perfect , because the railway station was just 2-3 mins away!

I liked the apartments, they're exactly like the pictures. Everything very clean. We had a broken door handle for one of the rooms, and within 15min they've sent out the handyman who fixed it immediately.
The tourist tax was all of a sudden 20euros more than expected, but they said it was down to Booking, not them. Also we didn't know about the 200eur deposit we had to leave at the beginning, would've been great to know beforehand. I recommend leaving the deposit in cash because you get it back at check out. Some staff could've been a bit friendlier, but others were great. Location is actually great, great connectivity by Metro & Bus around the building.
