The location of the hotel and the building itself was excellent. I appreciate the elevator in the building and the washing machine in the room, and room to hang our clothes. The room was good and reasonable for the cost.
The electrical outlets and usb outlets in particular were broken. They didn’t offer nor ask to change our towels during our 3 night stay and the mattress was sunken and quite uncomfortable.

Excellent location! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The location was excellent, with the underground/public transportation very close by. There were supermarkets nearby, as well as shopping centers and plenty of convenient options. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was fantastic and the shower worked perfectly. It was very well located. Easy to get a cab, pharmacies nearby and close to some good areas. Also the staff was excellent. They were exrtemely kind, I arrived a little earlier and they allowed me to check-in anyways. They were great.

Great location close to metro station. The staff were nice and helpful. Checking in after front desk ours was pretty easy. Rooms price are fare for the what you get
My room was located appropriately just above the a metro station and every 15m the room was shacking. The staff offered to move me to another room which was with a balcony to the main street (which I didn’t take as a fare was occurring just outside the window)

Staff was incredibly professional, friendly. I had issues with my flight and bag and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The AC was great especially during the hot weather, the apartment was laid out in a modern way with everything we needed included good WiFi. The elevator works well and fits people as well as baggage. We also liked that there was a safe in the room, washing machine, and everything you need to make great coffee!

Great apartment in a great location. It was perfect for our family of five. Really great neighborhood. Close to public transportation and shopping and a variety of food options. Another great tidbit if you like gelato then visit Anita Gelato only a few minutes walk from apartment.

The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the L'eixample and Gracia neighborhoods, and with a metro stop just down the block. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and were able to hold our luggage before and after our stay. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and the rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The living area and kitchen were bigger than we thought and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable.
Front desk had limited hours, so if you needed assistance after 6pm, the reception floor was closed and you could only contact them via whatsapp. Fortunately, we didn't have any major issues that we needed help with after hours. The walls are not very soundproof, there was a soccer game the weekend we were staying so there was significant noise outside that made it difficult to sleep at night.

The Receptionist who greeted us was extremely friendly and welcoming. Check-in was extremely efficient and we were in the room within 5 minutes of arriving. The location of the hotel is phenomenal, the apartment was extremely clean, spacious and well equipped.

The location was great in center of Eixample area in Barcelona. It was close to shopping centers and groceries and coffee shops. The apartment was clean and quite. It had enough rooms for a family with 4 persons and the beds were comfort and it had every thing which you needed
The only problem was about TVs. TVs were smart, specially the TV in living room, but it had not been connected to internet and WIFI. I requested from the owner of apartment and they sent me the general instruction which was for connecting the cell phone and laptop to WIFI and it was not working on the TV and we were not able to use Netflix, Amazon and other apps because of this problem. I hope they fix it.
