Location is superb, but becsuse it is facing the main street and the windows soundproof is non existent, it was hard to sleep. The white towels looked gray and old. I had higher expectations for this price.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on Passeig de Gràcia and close to everything. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the rooftop terrace was a real highlight with amazing views of the city.
Honestly, nothing major. Everything was well organized and met our expectations. If anything, the stay felt too short.

Excellent location nearby main attractions with superb breakfast and courtesy afternoon tea with Porto wine anytime made it special

Size and cleanliness of the room was good enough. Location of the hotel is almost perfect, close to lots of attractions and restaurants around.
The isolation of the windows and window frames were too poor letting a lot of noise in from the street. Also, pillows were not comfortable.

Location was good. Staffs were generally present. Breakfast was good.
Unable to control the AC - it was controlled by the front desk. However, It was too hot to have a comfortable sleep. The system also turned off the temperature requested in the middle of the night. Staff wasn’t able to do anything and suggested to open the windows - doing so let in all the loud noice downstairs with all the busses and service vehicles, etc. so it didn’t help with the sleep.

All the staff were fantastic in meeting our requests and providing assistance. The location of the hotel is perfect
Our room was over the front door and consequently had much noise at night. Perhaps need thicker glass.
Light switches were a technical challenge to work out.

The room was hot even with the balcony doors open. During Check Out I inquired about it and was told I had to tell the concierge during checking in I wanted AC so they can turn it on ! Terrible idea

Location in Barcelona is very good. Our room was very clean, large and functional. We had a very nice view out of the front of the Hotel. The breakfast was well worth the price - large choice of items. It saved us a lot of time in the morning. Since breakfast starts at 7 am - we were able to use this option even though we scheduled some early start time tours.
