Location in Barcelona is very good. Our room was very clean, large and functional. We had a very nice view out of the front of the Hotel. The breakfast was well worth the price - large choice of items. It saved us a lot of time in the morning. Since breakfast starts at 7 am - we were able to use this option even though we scheduled some early start time tours.

Our three-night stay at the Hotel Condes de Barcelona was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a lovely welcome drink—a local sparkling wine from Barcelona—which was a fantastic touch.
The staff provided us with an experience that truly went above and beyond. During check-in, the kind receptionist asked if we were going to the upcoming Barcelona vs. PSG Champions League match. When we mentioned we had been struggling for three days to secure tickets, he immediately offered to help. To our amazement, he secured the tickets for us right there, using his computer at the lobby desk. This act of service, solving a major travel stress for us on the spot, was simply unparalleled.
The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, situated right in the heart of Passeig de Gràcia, the city’s most popular and picturesque avenue. We were able to walk to all of Gaudí’s major works—Casa Batlló, Casa Milà (La Pedrera), and the Sagrada Familia—without needing a taxi. As avid walkers, we even enjoyed the 2.5 km walk up the avenue to Park Güell!
Finally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. We ate there every morning and loved the quality, especially the made-to-order coffee bar, which prepared any specialty coffee we requested.
We highly recommend the Hotel Condes de Barcelona. It is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and genuinely attentive service.
There is nothing I did not like in this Hotel. Everything was perfect!

Location is superb, but becsuse it is facing the main street and the windows soundproof is non existent, it was hard to sleep. The white towels looked gray and old. I had higher expectations for this price.

I loved the rooftop garden and the view across to La Pedrera. The doorman Axel had plenty of handy hints on the nearest supermarket, the best coffee, the best tapas bar etc. We were there during the Barcelona festival with the firecrackers and smoke breathing dragons which was all a bit of fun but rather noisy.
The noise from adjoining rooms. The double glazing worked to stop external traffic noise but not the neighbour talking loudly until the early morning.

Location, location, location! This was a Fantastic stay! The location was superb, within easy reach of everything we wanted to see. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Loved the sky bar with its great views — a perfect spot to end the day. Highly recommend!”

Modern spacious room with balcony. nice area but a bit of a hike to Las Ramblas.
Staff was not very welcoming when we arrived early after a cruise. Check-in was indicated at 2pm. We arrived about 9am. Had to wait till about 12:30pm before we got our room. That’s after inquiring if it was ready. No one kept us informed.Staff did not offer us anything or show us around while we waited. They only indicated where we could sit and wait. Gave me the impression that they cater to their Spanish customers. I would not rate the food more than average and over priced.
