The hotel is the best - it is beautiful, comfortable, has a great rooftop pool and bar, and is in the BEST location in Barcelona. We could walk right out the front door to shops, flag a taxi, or hop on a bus yet the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations or anything we needed. Best of the best!!!!!

The location is perfect. Carlos at reception was fantastic. He allowed us to check in early by offering us an inward facing room which was fine. He also recommended Pepito, a restaurant very close to the hotel which we now highly recommend. Well done Carlos!

Great location have stayed at hotel before. Excellent breakfast and very helpful front desk. Front desk sorted tickets to Sagra for us at short notice. All helpful and supply bottled water. Great breakfast.
Room cards having to be reset for lift and rooms cards not working. Pool is really just a plunge pool very crowded due heat. Music on rooftop bar needs to be slightly toned down as very loud early and people just want to sit enjoy view and atmosphere with some quieter background music.

Central location in nice part of town. Rooms were very clean and modern with all the amenities. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of quality foods. Rooftop bar had amazing views of the city
Booking.com messed up our reservation. The hotel only showed 2 people in 2 rooms, instead of 4 people in 2 rooms. Even though I had a printout and email confirmation showing 4 people, the front desk clerk was not willing to take that as proof of 4 guests and wanted to charge us for 2 additional breakfasts. It took an hour of calls/hold time w Booking.com to straighten it out

Location is superb. Staff are very friendly and willing to help especially Carlos at the reception where he played a major factor to sort a couple of issues I have encountered.
