The room. We booked a superior room . Should be a 30 meter room . It was distorted and uncomfortable . We asked for an extra blanket or duvet , we got one without a cover!

I had a (smaller) room on the side of the main road — I could not sleep with my window open because of the high street noise —
So If you can, try get a room on the side of the inner side of the hotel

The staff was excellent, especially Carlos. He was always smiling, very helpful, and lovely to talk to. His friendly attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to mention his name because he provided such great service.
Room: The room was big, clean, and comfortable, which made our stay pleasant.
Location: The location was nice and easily accessible. Bus stops and the train station are nearby, so traveling around the city was very convenient.
Breakfast: Breakfast was okay, but there were fewer vegetarian options. It would be better if they added a few more choices for vegetarians.

There was a weird smell in the room, a bit noisy due to a construction in the building, only one type of pillow, the place on top of the bed was never cleaned.

My stay at the hotel with my wife was truly excellent in every way.
The welcome was warm and professional from the very first moment, and the location is exceptional and very convenient.
The room was very comfortable, the beds were extremely cozy, and the bathroom was spotless, reflecting great attention to detail.
I also asked the front desk to print and copy some documents in color, and they kindly did so free of charge, which I truly appreciated.
We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, easy walking distance to a lot of sights. Best of all is the staff.... very helpful, very friendly, very professional.
Right on the corner of a busy street which meant that it wasn't a quiet as we would have liked.
