Beautiful Hotel, Always a welcome from staff when entering (or leaving).
Rooms were spotless. Rooftop terrace was amazing great views, lovely food excellent service , great atmosphere with classic r and b / soul music.

Perfect location , Super clean , Modern and had everything you need from a top hotel. The batroom was luxurious . walking disctance from Sagra da familia , 15 minutes walking distance from La ramblas , which was perfect as you do not want to stay near that place. The view from the hotel was fantastic. The staff at the reception were exteremely friendly , compliant and helpful. In particular Carlos - He made our trip so much better. Recommended us the best restaurants to eat and places to go. Will definitely stay again .

The location was excellent.
Room was very weak, need a to be updated. Outlets didnt work, ceiling paint peeling, furniture was cheaply constructed and several other issues with the maintenance of the room.

Location is amazing. Can't beat the location of the hotel and its close access to all the sights nearby. Also appreciated how clean the room was and the well-kept condition of the room/bathroom/bed/etc.
The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that the AC did not work. Even setting it at 17 degrees C did not cool the room down. It felt uncomfortable at times how hot the room felt. I can only imagine it being worse during summer time.

Very nice hotel, especially hotel's staff. Very freindly and professional in doing their job. I went their with my family for holiday. Hotel near shopping center easy to go around. I recmmended this hotel is one of the nice hotel in Barcelona.
Some part at the work way after go out lift, if possible, make it light don't make it dark.
