Loved the location! All staff extrememly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room size (executive) was large and spacious The shower!! Fantastic water pressure and it was huge! The rooftop bar was wonderful!
No real complaints - just suggestions considering they moved their ranking from a 4 to 5 star hotel the following should be included for the price being paid: breakfast second make up rooms in afternoon/evening or turn down service with chocolates free mini bar wine glasses or drinking glasses other than the coffee mugs

Excellent location in Gothic Quarter. Walking distance to the Metro station and attractions. Plenty of high quality dining places in the neighbourhood. The room was spacious with comfortable bed, well insulated from all the street noises. This property has been refurbished with modern fixtures and excellent front desk staffs. Good breakfast selection
