location was the exceptional, could not have been better!
rooms were much larger than expected, very comfortable bed and pillows . Staff was very friendly and helpful
no place to hang towels near shower.
some banging ?chairs moving overhead at times.

The location was very nice and the room were exceptional.
We did not appreciate the sewage like smell that appeared to be coming from the bathroom. Also, we experienced a setback regarding the breakfast promotion which we purchased during our 4 day stay. Be ware that if you purchase this promotion and do not show up for breakfast, you risk losing your money. We missed the first day and found out the hard way. A request made to cancel the remaining days. We were told this was done, but it was not as we were billed for entire 4 day period. I spoke to a couple of staff members who insinuated that we could not be refunded for the unused promo. In the end the staff member who sold us the promo was very understanding and honored our request for a refund. I appreciate her for valuing customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The location was perfect.
There was an odd smell in our room. No fault of the hotel but a lot of noise due to the construction next door.

A discount for breakfast was offered upon check in but it wasn’t clear it was a one time offer. We were charged at a higher rate for breakfast but then were partially successful in negotiating a discount on only two of our three days of breakfast. Suggestion, there should be one standard price for breakfast for all hotel guests. Not a one time discount upon check in.

Fantastic location, room was quiet even with all the activity outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar was fun and the free wine tasting was nice.

The hotel is a gem. It is primarily because of the staff. They were wonderful. But when you add in the location and the roof top terrace it makes for such an incredible oasis in the heart of the city.

The room was mostly quiet at night. The service was great.
We thought the hotel had a pool but found out upon check in that the pool had been taken out to make room for a larger rooftop bar. We prepaid breakfasts for 6 people for 3 days but were not reimbursed for the people who had to leave for the airport the last morning before breakfast. The shower had no door and leaked out unto the bathroom floor.

Perfect location across from the Barcelona Cathedral and convenient to shopping.
We were on the 2nd floor overlooking the square, but no view of the Cathedral. You have to be on the 3rd, 4th or 5th floors to see the Cathedral. Still we were very happy with the room, it was clean and comfortable.
The food is first rate, comparable to any great restaurant if not better.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in an Executive Room.
From the very first moment until the end of our stay, the experience was simply outstanding.
The hotel, including the room, was very clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in.
The shower was perfect, and the room was amazing, quiet and relaxing.
The staff were always welcoming, polite, and very helpful.
I would especially like to mention Zor, who was extremely kind, please send him our regards.
Also, a big thank you to Mohammad, the hotel’s driver, for his kindness.
The location is wonderful, the atmosphere in the evenings is very pleasant around the hotel.
I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
Thank you for making our trip so much more enjoyable and truly phenomenal!

Disappointing
It looked clean.
This is meant to be a 5 star hotel but it is more like a 3 star, furniture is cheap, walls are very thin and you can hear people talking and staff cleaning all the time. Staff at the reception are very cold, unhelpful, they sold us the breakfast without giving us the option not to take it.
But our worse experience was during the night, there is construction going on in the next building and we woke up from the noises in the streets at 3am, could sleep for the rest of the night.
When we complained the morning to the reception, they said it is “impossible” and blamed us, for not calling them right away.
In the morning waiting for the staff to seat us for the breakfast. He showed up after 5 min and took his time drying a tray before welcoming customers who were waiting to be seated. VERY unprofessional staff for a 5star hotel, uncomfortable with anything I have experienced in this rate.
They are just making profit out of the customers without caring about their experience.
