Location, cleanliness and staff
On the last day which was the 19th morning we had to leave early for the airport and we went down for breakfast at 7. the staff were just chatting at the desk for a very lengthy time. II went up and gave the order as soon as we arrived at 7 and had to remind after member of staff after 12 minutes . They should know that people are there at 7 for a reason either to go on a tour or leave for the airport.

Perfect location and everyone was polite & professional. We didn’t eat there but had drinks on the roof top.
Only small but the rooftop bar closed at 11.30 pm which in Europe is early and the only place to drink after is in the entrance lounge.

Everything was just excellent - roof top bar, kitchen, room cleanness and location, facilities and last but not least - staff friendliness.

The location of the Hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the drinks and food at the rooftop restaurant and bar. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Our room was very spacious and the king bed very cofortable
We had an "inside room". Upside, it was very quiet and large. Downside, it was a little dark.

The hotel is amazing, the staff and the facilities were great, very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
The roof top bar is perfect and the general location is what makes this hotel the perfect place to stay.
Only issue I could comment on was the size of the gym, but we did enough walking so wasn’t really an issue
