The location is excellent, close to the most important points of the city.
Out of the 2 elevators, only one works, and that one is extremely slow. Every time we went out we had to estimate 10-15 minutes just for the elevator. Also, the cleaning service is included only after the first 6 days.

Place was clean, the location was really perfect, you in the middle of everyhting and it literally takes minutes to reach most attractions in Barcelona. Also, the terrace was really great. Free coffee machine was also great.
I just couldnt believe such a beautiful place had such a terrible elevator. There are two elevators of whic one was out of service 90% of the time, the second one just takes forever and its always full of people. The last thing I wanted after a whole day of walking around the town is to walk up 5 stories every single time.

Great location, just off La Rambla in the center of Barcelona. We had a friendly reception and free coffee in a comfortable waiting area. The room more than met our expectations and was very convenient and well equipped all around.
As said, staff was generally very friendly, but unprofessional handling of the city tax put a dent in what could have been an excellent rating. Nothing at all was mentioned at check-in, then we received a late-evening call demanding payment, claiming it was required to be paid upon arrival (and subtly suggesting that we refused to do so). We showed a print from booking.com that it was included in the price. Mistakes can happen, but please own them and don't blame blame your guests for them.

I changed rooms primarily because I had asked for a double bed however the first room had two singles. There was no issue changing rooms. Besides the bed, the second room had a much better outlook. Was large and comfortable. The first room looked out onto a building which also restricted the natural light. So happy I changed.

Once inside the entrance, it was a pretty nice hotel.
It’s downside is the outside appearance being underneath the Levi’s sign and next to a graffiti steel parking garage door entrance

Location, friendly staff, comfortable pillows and mattress
The windows faced the street, and it was very noisy even with the windows closed. The movers and the crowd of people walking around kept me from sleeping. Unfortunately, the windows are designed in such a way that they barely block out the outside noise.

The location is good even with the construction work in La Rambland the staff are amazing and very friendly.
The main entrance on the ground floor connects the guest to the reception on the first floor through elevator. The entrance smells bad, the reception doesn’t smell so good either but the bathrooms in the rooms smell awful. Sewage smell all the time. The rooms and toilets are worn out and need some maintenance. The corridors are also very smelly. The room is noisy especially at night. Windows do not conceal noise unfortunately. Beds are very hard. Linens are not the best and towels are not good either.

The location is great although there is construction on the road. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly
Bad smell entrance and corridors. Very bad Sewage smell in the toilet. Rooms need to be maintained. Bed very hard. Towels worn out.
