nice hotel, nice bed, nice styling with white/mirror LED lamps. trendy but with respect for the old building. good breakfast. you are in the middle of the busy center of El Born the most beautiful old part of Barcelona, but inside its very quiet. You can pick up free cold water bottles and make a coffee in the company room if u like. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next Barcelona trip.
Sometimes the old building can transport a bit of walking and door closing noises from the other hotelguests but at night its very quiet.

Great staff who were happy to open bottles of wine for us and we liked the the common areas set up for guests.
Dark halls and the hanging ropes at door entrances.

The hotel is passed glory, the lobby is nice but the hotel rooms seems like they need an urgent update.

We liked the Meeting Room, and the quirky comments on the shower soap etc. Nice touch to get the cloth shopping bag, and welcoming wine and snacks.

Excellent hotel, in the center (you can reach on foot in 10-15 minutes the cathedral, las Rablas, placa Catalunya), clean, amazing hairdryer, free coffe, tea and sweets in the 1st floor lobby, free baggage keeping for many hours after check out, wonderful staff, for my son's 18th birthday they had a surpise mini cake with cadle in the room, a wish card and a cold wine. Absolutely recommended.
A bit expensive, but all the central hotels in Barcelona are the same or more expensive.

Location. I can see how a young couple would like the place but for two friends of older age it was not suitable. Especially sharing one bed and not even having a chair in the room.
