This hotel is… strange. The location is fantastic, but that’s honestly the only real highlight. The price is outrageous for what you actually get. The room felt old and neglected, and it definitely wasn’t properly cleaned-dust in the corners and just a general lack of care. The shower being in the room might have been meant as a quirky design choice, but in reality it just doesn’t work. The bed was tiny-yes, I booked a single, but it felt more like a child’s bed. Noise is another issue-you can hear everything from your neighbors and from outside. The plastic curtain strips across the doors are a bizarre touch too. You can’t walk down the hallway without getting smacked in the face by them, and the hallways themselves are really dark. Overall, it feels like the concept was aiming for creative boutique, but without the basics of comfort, cleanliness, and upkeep. For the price they’re charging, it’s just not worth it even with the amazing Barcelona location

The location is perfect, but unfortunately there are not many hotels around. If yes, we won’t choose this one.
Almost everything. The room was very small and dirty. The water was coming out of the shower and when it was raining the water was on the floor out of the window door. No balcony. The stuff didn’t care about our nightmare. One crazy man was screaming and shouting while we were sleeping and I was scared, wanted to call the police but I called the reception and nothing was done. We didn’t sleep all night and I was scared to death cause he was knocking our door. I thought he could have a knife. Next morning the stuff told me that they didn’t hear anything (of course they are not at the same building) and when I asked to control webcams they told me that they don’t have permission. I asked to talk to the manager but she was on holiday. After this experience we will not come back! I always thought that choosing a hotel and not airb&b we will have a reception and help whenever we need. But it’s not true. Really disappointed. PS: they offered us a breakfast on the day of our leaving, sending the message after we already had a breakfast at the bar outside. Ridiculous

Location was fantastic -- could not have asked for better. In the artsy Born neighbor, it was close to restaurants and shops, but was not loud at night. It was a 10min walk to the gothic quarter, 30 min walk to Sagrada familia, a couple minute walk to the train station. We took several tours, and all met within 10min walk.
From Booking.com, I thought breakfast was included -- but it wasn't. Hallways had this weird modernist setup with fluorescent ropes surrounding each doorway which was very annoying.
